      Bought some no rim glasses from glassesusa and after 7 months the nose pad arm broke, so I sent glassesusa a pic and they reimbursed unough to get another pair, they honored thier warranty, Thanks glassesusa.

      DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR A PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR, IN WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. COMPLETE RUN AROUND FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH IS NOTHING BUT AUTOMATED RESPONSES THROUGH CHAT AND PHONE CALLS. DO NOT GET SCAMMED AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM THIS BUSINESS.

      Glasses ok until the frame broke. I had purchased a $29 warranty. The website tours 24/7 phone availability but that is if you can figure out how to trick their phone menu. I was unsuccessful, & had a lengthy online chat requiring multiple submissions of my ************ ID to learn how to self direct. I reached a live person at an offshore call center who was delighted that I'd purchased an extended warranty because I only need to pay $15 to activate that. And, if my glasses break again I am required to pay another $15. After paying the warranty extortion fee, I was told I would receive an email with further instructions which as yet to arrive.

      One of the most horrible experience Ive had with an online company. Like others have said I ordered next day shipping and did not receive my order. They marked my order as shipped 4 days ago but it hasnt even been received by the postal office only the label has been created without actually being shipped. This is very frustrating since I ordered an expensive pair of glasses that totaled almost $400 I strongly urge anyone reading this to not order from this company.

      I will never order again. After paying for express shipping, it was well past the number of days when I actually received them. When I did, they are not what I ordered. I ordered Transition lenses. They definitely do not change over in sunlight. They were for my son who is a baseball player. We needed them for sports. I have tried to contact several ways. The email way said they dont check very often. No kidding!! Try never. Please dont spend your money with this company. Over $300 and for nothing.

      I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses with transition and like all the upgrades. The glasses two pairs I got Pradas and Oakleys and both the spotted up the prescriptions are terrible. You cannot get in touch with anybody from that company so save yourself and do not purchase from them just go somewhere else

      I ordered my glasses in a case on March 29 and received an email they were in production. On April 2, I received an email that my order had shipped and would arrive in 7 to 10 business days, it didnt arrive. On April 14, I received another email saying the order had shipped that day and would arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Its been *********************************************************** any more emails about the order. I found out about them through a reputable product review site I will be contacting them too). Like most others have said, there is no way to talk to a person. VERY frustrating.

      The company has a suite in ******** and says its a US company. I called the number provided and had to go through the options for a refund to speak to a person when all I wanted to do was find out why my order was taking so long. When speaking with "******" (the name provided without spelling) he advised that the company was located "over the US". He was clearly a minimal english speaking foreigner who didn't understand what the word "over" means. I tried to get him to tell me what state it was in and he said "for security reasons I can not". Finally I asked him where the glasses were made and he stated "other than US". That is all the information he would give me. I asked him if he would send me an Email stating when he claimed my order would be fulfilled and he said he would not. This is another foreign company with a business suite in the US masquerading as a US company. They are completely unhelpful when you call them. I have witnessed some bad customer service in my life and I have never once experienced anything even close to this pathetic. I would buy glasses from a **** shop before I ever buy anything from this lying company again.

      Glasses USA took my order then had multiple delays, finally had to cancel and ask for a.refund. that was 2 weeks ago and now I can ******** to anyone there. My refund needs to be returned to affirm as they are the lenders. Please respond asap.

      I thought my order was lost but *** help me figure out why I wasnt seeing order, very fast and even though it was my fault he was very kind and professional about it!
