      Unacceptable customer service, or rather lack thereof of any service. This company has zero regard for prescription wearables and that these are medical devices in order for one to see properly. Placed an order on 1/20 at 7:03 PM for single vision frames/lenses. Order conf. email received, and at 1/20 8:03PM received an email the frames/lenses went into production. I counted 1/22 as the 1st biz day. At the time of biz day. GlassesUSA website advertises 3 day production time for single vision lenses, however after placing the order (and immediately charging my FSA credit card) the email confirmation changed to 6 business day production time (which on the website is listed as the time frame for multi-focal). Today is 1/31/24. My order has surpassed the advertised website production time (3 business days) and their second changed timeline of 6 business days. This company has zero phone support, and their chat support is just generic canned bot responses (even though they convince you they are a real person). I work in IT support, chat support myself to be precise. 10 years experience, I know bots when I see them. Anywho, I have received zero update on the website and not a word via email. Just like other reviewers, I was told I would be contacted soon with an update as my lenses failed quality inspection so-to-speak. Based on other complaints, this appears to be their generic response for failure to properly communicate delays to their customers. Pitiful and unacceptable. I was offered a refund on my express shipping but that absolutely does not make up for the lack of support and communication for expensive and medically necessary eye-wear. It also does not resolve my issue, and the lack of ownership on the matter, is unreal. All of these online glasses retailers are a joke. If you actually need an RX, see your doctor and save yourself the headache. Im interested in what excuse theyll respond to this with to justify their behavior. Ill be waiting. 0 star service.

      My frustration has reached its peak with this company that not only proved to be dishonest but also offered abysmal customer service, leaving me anger. The company's failure to fulfill its promises has pushed me beyond the limits of tolerance. In the face of such a harrowing experience, it is imperative to warn others against falling into the same trap. Stay away from this company, you wont get your glasses and if something happens to them like me they still wont help you. Save yourself the trouble and seek out more reliable and honest alternatives. I have called and asked multiple times for a replacement and nothing. They were not cheap, and no one still has reached out!!! DONT BUY!!!!!!!

      It is impossible to speak to a real person when you call the phone line. It will direct you in a loop but the worst loop I've ever experienced. The chat is marginally better. It will make you answer questions ad nauseam until you give up. I finally got through to a chat agent after wasting half an hour. I tried to return an item that I just got and it says it's not returnable even though the website clearly states the return policy. I am still waiting for help but am ready to give up. First and last time ordering off this website. Also, it took a long time to receive the frames.

      There is absolutely no way to speak to a person or get a reply regarding my order that I placed 4 weeks ago. When you call the number, there is only an automated menu. Even when I sent an email to the address on the website that says "for order related questions" I got a return message stating that the account was not monitored. We have payed over $300 for a pair of progressive sunglasses and have only had an email back 2 weeks ago stating the glasses were almost ready. There is no way to get an update. I will NEVER purchase from this company again...

      I ordered glasses from GlassesUSA several weeks ago and they still have not been made or shipped. I've reached out to them on 4 separate occasions and each time I am told it will be 3 business days before they will be shipped. So for 14 days I have been told they will be shipped in 3 days and expect up to 8 business days for them to arrive after shipping. Today I was informed via email that the order has been delayed and it will be another 3-6 business days before they are ready to be shipped and then expect up to 8 days for shipping. So they are saying another 2 weeks. I should have gone elsewhere to get my glasses. The say they offered a partial refund. I just want my glasses.

      Frustrating experience . Ordered glasses Dec 16finally had to cancel on January 26constant holdups and delays in production. Horrible customer service.AI bots online and phone were worthless. Finally got live person on phone (only after selecting upgrade option). Each ************ would expedite production and mailing, giving new est arrival. Worst experienceclearly that old adage you get what you pay for applies.
