      Absolute terrible. Never received my order and cannot talk to a person to get my refund. Their chat system is a joke. U cant escalate to a live person. No response as they say will happen.

      It's mail order so you have to be patient. The quality of the glasses are directly related to the cost. I've purchased designer and they were great quality and purchased no names that were adaquate but not as sturdy. Get the 20/20 insurance on the expensive ones, my perscription changed and they provided new glasses for the $30 deductable. The cost of the insurance and the $30 wouldn't have covered a quarter of the price of a new pair.

      The glasses broke after two uses and were returned on January 19, ****. You can never talk to anyone on the phone, only the virtual chat. Now I have to wear 10-year-old glasses until I purchase a new pair. I ordered glasses from the wrong company; unacceptable service.

      Ordering process was clear and easy, communication was good while glasses were being produced. Understandable production delays as it was year-end and people are frantically trying to spend HSA dollars before they expire. The glasses themselves are great.

      One pair of Oakley glasses is awesome, made in ***. The other pair is cheap piece of c*** from *****. Pretty sad for a $300 pair of glasses. One pair was supposed to be **********.

      They are very good glasses BUT they are no better than my $5 ****** readers. Most likely prescription related but I don't need them.
