      I understand it takes a long time for glasses to get from ***** to the buyer, but that is the downside to the low prices you offer. About three weeks seems to be the norm, which is substantially longer than "local" sources. Getting the lowest price should not be a challenge. The constant email offers of "discounts" are seldom the lowest price available. As it turns out, beginning with an order and then not completing it results in an email offer that is substantially lower than the daily "discounts." Why not just have a fixed low price? It seems like you are "tricking" the buyer into thinking the buyer is getting the lowest price available, when most daily offers are not the lowest available.

      Terrible. No live customer service except minimally through live chat, a substandard shipping partner and no responsibility taken by the company for an issue. I will no longer order though this company. I do not believe it is reputable.

      I ordered two pairs of glasses recently. One pair arrived and the lenses feel like they're about to pop out with a slight breeze. On a pair of designer glasses I've never had such an issue with in the past (I keep ordering the same) they somehow made these lenses and put them in and thought "yep, these lenses won't pop out if the wearer sneezes" and sent them. I've had dozens of frames over the years and not one frame arrived with lenses as flimsily placed as these.So production quality is but one problem.The other problem is their customer support, which is completely outsourced to some sorry staff somewhere. And here's the kicker- this company does not have any way for customer support to communicate with their production team. As a result, customer support has ZERO VISIBILITY into production. That in itself should be a huge warning sign. It's as obfuscated to them as it is to you as a buyer. I contacted support to ask whether I can upgrade my shipping, because "Express" shipping is 3-5 days. That's *** Ground speed, not express. Ten days after submitting, when the glasses were supposed to be finished, they're still not and won't arrive in time.Their chatbot touts a "No questions asked" return policy, but in order to give you the *** for RMA, it literally asks you 4 questions about WHY you're returning them, and then asks you 4 MORE questions to see if you're sure. As if that weren't enough, the last question's answers are reversed to trick you into having to go through the entire process a second time.The chatbot also insults you as the final (8th) question in order to initiate an RMA.

      Not satisfied, the glasses are bent/crooked, do not fit well at all, will not stay on. Vision in right eye is not properly corrected.

      It took almost a month to receive glasses I cannot see through at all. The prescription is completely wrong. You will receive a bot with any avenue of customer support that you ask for. Ultimately, they said they will refund my money, but only after the product is returned. Given the run around over the last two days I have no confidence they will refund my $284 and I am left with no glasses.
