      I had placed an order on december 8th 2023 and also paid an expedited fee and have still not gotten the glasses. I have attempted to call them, chatted with their useless chatbot and have still not been helped. There is no way to even talk to anyone there

      Do not trust this company. They are shady in their policies.i.e. shipping and warranty policies and not consumer friendly. Also, it is impossible to talk to a person, have to go through many loop holes to get someone on the phone. I am going to try and return my order for a refund.

      I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. I was able to check the status of my order easily. Even though I placed an order right before December 25th, my glasses were made and shipped within the promised time. I love my glasses. I couldn't have picked a better pair at a shop.

      Their contact us is useless. Chat, email, and phone are all automated. No live person or team member. The glasses I have ordered have been in production for 5 business days. Thats more than the 3 business days it says on the status. If glasses are shipped by Friday, I will be cancelling my order. Especially if there is no live person.

      Shipping was quick and tracking information was pretty useless. The shipping package was a thin plastic sack with no padding. The Eyeglass case was damaged and the glasses were the only thing in the eyeglass case. No protective padding or polish cloth to protect the glasses. Glasses were just rattling around in a damaged case that was thrown in a plastic bag and shipped. Luckily, the frames were ok and not damaged. Overall satisfied with the product but the care in shipping was very underwhelming.

      The shipping was a bit slower than anticipated/advertised, and one of the pairs I ordered doesn't feel particularly sturdy for the price I paid. But the other pair is great, and they did arrive well packaged.

      I returned them because the PD wasn't accurate. It was impossible to speak with an actual person to discuss the issue.

      Ordered a pair of glasses 12/31. I understand no production on 1/1. 6 days later no news no updates just still in production. They claim my lenses take 3 days to produce. Hopefully I get my money back. Cancelled immediately and will never recommend them. Going to my local optician instead
