      I never thought the basic order of two glasses would come to this and cause this much trouble and aggrivation. I ordered two pairs of perscription glasses with GlassesUSA. There were no issues finding the pairs I liked and I applied my coupon which allowed one of the pairs to be free. So, this was a buy one get one free offer. The invoice showed my coupon applied to account and all the information was correct and submitted the order. I checked my credit card later that day to see the wrong price was charged to my account. I was charged full price for two pairs of glasses and the coupon was not applied to the total, despite the invoice clearly showing that it was applied. This is where the nightmare begins. The website for this company is totally deceiving. It clearly shows methods to talk to someone. It claims email, phone or even a live chat with a representative. All of these methods were AI and not human being was to be found. I did make a complaint on Trust Pilot and within a day I had half of the funds returned to me. But, my glasses never arrived. This is going on three weeks. I have emailed the company, I have written the live chat, I have tried calling again, and absolutely no human voices. There is no one to talk to. After all the aggravation with this company, I am still cheated. No glasses after a 10 day promise to have them delivered. The tracking shows it's been shipped but not delivered and no movement in over a week. This company has not responded to anything. My next step is to contact their state's attorney general for fraud. Please, please, please order from another company to purchase your glasses. Trust me, you will regret it almost immediately.

      Has been nothing but problems with this company. I order my glasses on December 24 and nothing in terms of updates . I figure we'll holidays but so I waited with patience for many business days . Til about Jan 2nd I decided to cancel because they never put my glasses in production. Untie I decided to get a refund they wanted to "rush the order" . I refused and ask for a refund still . I filled out a formed and and put on a type of tracker saying request filled but not completed . They then said that the refund request is approve and the "request will take **** business days " . They will not answer my email now to see if this is the time I will get my refund or the time I have to wait til they decide to send me my refund . I am close to the point of contacting my bank for a dispute, if I don't see it by next week . Stay away , you may get your glasses and have no issues. But consider yourself a lucky one . You will no doubt be waiting a month to get your glasses.

      I have never in my life seen such bad customer service as with **********************. I placed an order 11/28/23 and it shows it was shipped on 12/6/23. I have never received my glasses. They guarantee you receive your order in **** business days, which is false advertising and a LIE.I have contacted them by chat, phone and email. No one ever responds nor can you speak with a live person. After 5 attempts, I did reach a live agent today. He could have cared less. I ended up asking for a refund. I can tell you I will absolutely never order from this company again. You cannot get anyone to respond or get a direct answer in regard to your order. My refund is also supposed to show ** in **** days. They are a joke

      Glasses are fishbowl when on. The big thing is their customer service nonsense. It's ALL automated. And can't get in touch with any one. They advertise to CALL 7 am. To midnight. No one answers@ plus the chat bot is a pain and doesn't direct you anywhere. I wasted almost 300 on them. Once I raise you know what. I'll never use them again. It's a rip off and it shows that they don't even want to talk to customers with complaints. It's a total scam!

      Easy order process, with good discounts. Found my frames with the required measurements without any issues. New glasses arrived as promised, even during the busy holiday season. My lenses are bi-focals so I saved at least $100 by going with GlassesUSA.

      Placed an order for two simple pairs of prescription glasses, paid for priority shipping. 30 days later, still no glasses. Cancelled order, hope I get my money back.

      Glasses arrived roughly when I was told they would. The frames are as pictured and the prescription seems correct. Happy with the glasses and what I paid for them.
