      Waited 23 days for glasses and had to return for exchange due to lenses not lining up in the frame. The glasses *********** and I loved them just wish they had better quality control before shipping. ************* will be better.

      I placed an order for a set of sports glasses with an elastic headband in April 2023. Six months later the plastic hinge snapped. The frames are less than a year old. Glasses USA, does not have a customer phone service to call a live person, the online chat is useless, and no one replies to emails. Ordering glasses is easy and painless as long as you do not need customer care services or have issues after purchase. My rating is a zero. CA Glasses Online has at least a live person to communicate a problem to and get immediate answers to concerns. Not happy with Glasses USA.

      I've ordered glasses from a lot of places but Glasses USA is my favorite. They have a huge selection of frames, a try-on feature and I've always received fast and exceptional customer service when/if needed. I've bought both glasses and sunglasses in prescription and non-prescription. I always get exactly what I expect because the product details are thorough and have helped me know the frame sizes and dimensions too as well as the materials used to make them. I've found much better pricing by far, on frames and especially the add-ons like blue light filter, thin frames, and hydrophobic, etc. Best of all, they have lots of standard frames and name-brand frames, all beautifully chosen! The only down-side is, the try-on feature. It uses a face smoother, I know it's so I could look my best but honestly I'd rather see me, for me with the frames. Also, many times when a frame is not available for "Live camera" viewing, it'll have you upload a picture. Even when I place the circles on my pupils, it places the glasses completely off my face so I can't see what the glasses look like on me. It's probably just user error though. Otherwise, I've had nothing but good experiences with Glasses USA and I will continue to recommend them and be a returning customer to add to my collection!

      I am in the process of sending them back because they were too big. I inadvertently ordered a large, not knowing I did and they are way too big so I had to send them back. I am in the process with your company right now.

      The worst customer service experience in many years The promises offered on GlassesUSA are absolute lies. In trying to add Transition type lenses to an order yesterday I ended up being bombarded in chats resulting in 6 pages of transcripts with 3 representatives begging me to have patience. Unfulfilled promises that a telephone call within 24 hours from a rep would gladly handle my concerns, they asked that I keep my phone line open in anticipation of these calls that never came. Expect to see this exact review on as many sites as possible to warn others about this unscrupulous company.

      I ordered on 11/27/23 and still waiting for my order it has been in production and I spoke with chat ( because thats the only way) and they promised me a week ago I would received them. I reach out again and they said the same exact thing like they are robots then disconnected with me. Horrible never again

      Frauds. Bait and switch. Can't get refund. They sent wrong color frame. Spent hours, weeks, trying to get the right color. They won't refund. Horrible company. Stay away.

      Love my glasses! I have received a lot of compliments on them! Shipping took a week longer than anticipated, but I understand delays happen.. especially near the holiday season!
