      BUYERS BEWARE! Only robots for customer service!!!Live chat, and phone is completely run by robots. The phone will loop you around endlessly, and the live chat will ask you 3 TIMES to speak to the robot before giving you a real person to talk to. Even then they only use scripted responses and links. **************** has been horrible, and I want to save everyone the headache! My shipping was completely botched by them and outside the shipping time frame. I want my money back and to just cancel the order entirely, but I cant even talk to a real person to have my issue resolved. I bought domestically hoping to skip the hassle of shipping, and my experience has been WORSE than that of its Chinese counterparts!

      I reached out the first time, because my shipment was late. Second time when the shipment arrived the one pair of glasses didnt have my prescriptions in them. Then a second pair arrived that HAD. A prescription in them. They charged me for both but I only ordered one pair. It took me forever to find any possible person to get back to me its ONLY THROUGH a chat room, the phone number doesnt contact you to a person just back to a chat or the web. It it so frustrating and I paid through Klarna and I dont want my credit to get bad so Im paying for something I dont want two of. Worst customer service ever coming from that I have worked in the service industry for 30 years. Please help

      I have ordered 4 different pairs of glasses over the last 6 years from GlassesUSA. Every single pair has been quality and worth the cost. It's hard to find a cheaper pair for the level of customization and quality.

      Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order on 11/19 for standard reading glasses I can purchase at a local pharmacy. I had flex spending money that needed to be used by end of year so I treated Myself to a nice brand / frame. After 1 business week, the glasses were still in production. After calling several times to physically speak with someone, I was told there see production delays and they would contact production for an update. I never received an update after 1 week so I cancelled the order. GlassesUSA contacted me asking to give them another chance after I left negative feedback. They offered me priority production and shipping plus a 5% discount. I was hesitant, but I went forward with their offer. Order was placed on 12/07, and after several calls/emails, the product is still in product due to production delays. I called to speak with a supervisor and to surprise, one was not available. Now Im waiting on a supervisor to call me back within 24 hours. I am simply asking for a ship date of my glasses. They took my money and never delivered in their promise after 1 month.This is my personal experience with GlassesUSA, and I DO NOT recommend them. If they get in touch with me and follow up with their promise and deliver my glasses, I will gladly update this or provide a better review. Until then. My review stands.
