      This company is the worst retail experience I had ever encountered. Late orders, no way of contacting a human in any way. If your order do not arrive their solution is to placed new order. All there phone numbers are fake. All they do is send you to their substandard website that is all done thru robot answers.

      Glasses were out of stock and chose to refund my purchase rather than opt in for an alternative pair. The refund process was pretty easy. No real hassle and acceptable bit of back and forth to retain their customers. Appreciate the quality customer service!

      I wanted to be certain that I got the glasses I ordered with no issues as it had been an issue years ago when I ordered them through Glasses USA. They took a little longer than I had hoped but they arrived exactly as I ordered. Happy with that order I placed another order as I like to have a backup pair on hand. That order was delivered within days of the order! Fantastic and they have improved their service exponentially and I am incredibly pleased.

      LAME COMPANY, they will take your money, make it difficult to get a refund. There are NO live people to talk to on phone or thru so called 24/7 live help.

      The order process was smooth and after a couple weeks they arrived. I didn't like the size on my face and wanted to change to brown tint. Using a quick chat with non-human I used the 100% guarantee requesting a refund in store. Next day my instruction arrived and the *** drop off, no packaging required, was awesome. Now I gotta do the hard part again -- looking at all the options and deciding on replacement,

      Paid for express shipping (3-5 business days on the website), now it's been over a week, 9 days to be exact and I've been trying to get a refund because the tracking still shows the order hasn't left the warehouse. Called customer service, there's no one you can talk to, chatted with 2 people on the website to get a refund and they want me to wait 2 more days for the order to be delivered. I asked them if them had any special tracking for the order that they were so confident that the order will be delivered in another 2 days. They would not return my money or the extra shipping charges that I paid to get the glasses early. How are they even allowed to run a business like this. One of the chat agents just terminated the chat without resolving the issue saying she couldn't help me further and she had to help other customers. More like help steal more money out of people. You guys should be ashamed of running a business in this manner.

      terrible customer service, cannot acurately tell you tracking information and when you will recieve your glasses.cannot contact anyone of any knowledge of where your order might be . seems like a total rip off.

      I ordered glasses last week and paid the highest amount I could to get my order in 1 to 3 days once shipped. On 11/7, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. It has now been a week and the tracking number I was given still indicates that DHL has no received my order. When attempting to contact GlassesUSA, I have been unable to reach an actual human and just keep getting a stock message stating that once it leaves their facility they have no control over when it gets to me. But, if DHL hasn't received the order yet, then that would still make GlassesUSA responsible for my order.I see numerous complaints here for the exact same thing over the past year and completely regret paying extra for my so called "expedited shipping." I will not be ordering from this company ever again and caution anyone else who is considering doing so.

      The frame seems to wide for my face, they keep falling off. I like the glasses themselves but this makes them very hard to wear daily. I needed a pair of glasses after my other daily broke, so I guess these will do for now. I don't really feel like returning since it took longer than expected to receive them.

      My overall experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. The customer service, including the live chat, and website functionality fell short of expectations. The most recent issue with an incorrect order of prescription Prada sunglasses, after a significant wait, only added to the disappointment. I would not patronize this business again and would advise others to seek alternative providers.
