      Love my new glasses, process was easy, your website was intuitive and easy to navigate. And the only reason I didnt give 5 stars, your shipping process is so slow, tracking the package, frankly I dont why you even bother using the tracking service you do because it doesnt give you any updates, well, bluntly it BLOWS. You need to speed up you delivery service.

      Good customer service experience. They shipped me a pair that broke, fully refunded that pair, made the return very easy, and I was able to find something that works even better.

      Glasses arrived more than a week late. Arrived damaged and the wrong color. The frame is cheap and cheesy. At a price point of $540, I expected better quality. I attempted to call several times. I contacted customer service and ended up trapped in the chat bot 6 times with no satisfaction. It is impossible to get through to a person on the phone. I received conflicting information, and no follow through. Only after trying to return, cancel my order, and dispute the charge was A human interested in helping. Its been a week since then and still waiting on replacement. I will NEVER do this again. Anyone with a heavy or complex Rx will be much better served somewhere else.

      I am trying to get a hold of this business cannot speak to anyone or get any satisfaction on their chat. I have returned a pair of glasses and I am waiting for a new pair however, I have not had any information on the new pair coming and I cant speak to anyone or find any information to find out where they are terrible terrible terrible customer service. Website is very unfriendly as far as trying to get in contact with them.

      Farce. Very bad customer service can not talk to a live person ever. It says available by phone 24/7 but its an automatic system only directs you in circles to voice recordings or texting service *************** also sends customers in circles disregarding what was asked starting g over and over. Waited 5 weeks for product and could never get an answer where it was was sent around around in voice recording and email circles. When it did come it was wrong they did NOT fill the prescription for ****** they sent reading glasses. When I started the return process I was sent in circles again. On the sms site they asked specific questions, auto populates my item to choose if thats the one I wanted to return. I thought things were finally going well as though it was maybe an ok company after all but no. After giving all that info on their RETURN sms site they turned around and messaged me on how to check order status .when I told them that wasnt the issue and reminded them I was on their RETURN site and had just provided them with all the info they asked for in relation to the item I wanted returned they then said I had to wait for delivery and go through the RETURN process.. what!? I had to threaten with reporti g them to BBBand Consumer Protection. Oh, then all of a sudden they werent confused and replied they had already submitted my return form. I had to ask them the details of where it went they said my email I had to ask them to explain the process they then told me there is a return label on the email. It goes on DONT USE them they are a HUGE farce that we consumers dont deserve. We are making them wealthy and they are treating g their consumers extremely poorly. Use EYEBUYDIRECT flawless excellent. I only wanted to try this place

      eyeglasses usa are very easy to work with
      my first pair of glasses did not work for me,because of a prescription error caused by the eye exam. they quickly replace my glasses with a prvious perscription. they were fast and great
