      They do not stand behind their products. My glasses broke with in two months and they will not take them back due to their 14 day return policy. I paid $400 and now have glasses that I can not use. I will not be using this company again.

      **************** *****. I needed a copy of the receipt for my purchase in July to provide to my insurance company for reimbursement. Searched for my order on the website and they have no record of the order or my account. Calling them is a waste of time because you can't talk to a person and any option you can choose asks for my order number which I don't have. I emailed them days ago and have gotten no reply. And I failed to mention, the frames of the glasses broke the other day and the lense popped out. This is supposed to have a one-year warranty. Again, I asked for a replacement and got no reply. I will never buy from this place again

      I like the glasses but the customer service is terrible. I got an email saying they that my order was delayed with no explanation on the timespan for how long the delay would be. The email said you could reply directly to it but I tried multiple times and no one ever responded. I then tried a live chat and the representative told me to wait 5 more business days before contacting them and then she ended the chat before I could respond. I would have had no problem waiting a little extra time but at least let me know, is it one week or one month? For me it wasnt an emergency but some people it is and to give false expectations on time of arrival is bad business.

      So far so good. It takes too long to receive, and false expectations are given. But overall, I look great with my new frames.

      They charged me for contact lenses before verifying my prescription. And then when there was a snag getting a prescription, I was trapped in limbo, having already paid, but with them never sending the lenses.And then they make it nearly impossible to cancel the order. I have literally never had worse customer service at any other company. It took days to get in touch with a human. Every option goes around in circles, or lies about what it is going to do and disconnects you. Once I got a human, they immediately tried to get me to go back into the broken automated system.
