      I placed my order on 10/4/23 and paid for the fastest delivery. I was told it would take 6 business days to make them. I finally got a text saying they were shipped on 10/23/23, 12 business days after saying they started making them on the 4th. I received the glasses on 10/26 and they are fine, but disappointed on how long it took to get them.

      Awesome glasses...That I lost the very first day. But I had them long enough to know that they were perfect, so at least I can order more pairs next time! Thank you!

      The glasses are amazing. Good quality and look like they did in the virtual try on. There was a delay in production (which I was notified of). I had trouble getting through to someone on the phone but when I switched to the chat feature online had nothing but excellent customer service. I have ordered a 3rd pair of glasses. Look forward to recommending this company to friends, family and any I one who will listen. Thank you.

      I ordered some transitional glasses from GlassesUSA. The glasses no longer change with the light and it is only 7 months ago since I ordered them. They were an own brand transitional lenses. This is not satisfactory as I paid $155 for them and according to their info there is a 365 day warranty. But when I contacted them they said there was only a 14 day return period.

      I was seeking an alternative to ****************** and *****. GlassesUSA had a greater selection, more user friendly, better style and size selection tool, easy to order, arrived fast, excellent quality. Overall just a more thoughtfully designed interface and customer system with greater variety and quality materials, including luxury brands.

      So I got a text message from these guys they said it will be up to 6 business days for production. Within 3 days they email me that my glasses are delayed without telling me how long my shipping will be after the delay. When ask how long nobody seems to know anything. It would be better if they tell you your order was delayed and it will be another 6 days or weeks or months but nobody can seem to tell me anything. I will never buy anything again from them. Only 2 stars because they gave me some money back and gave me 1-3 day shipping for free instead of the **** days.

      **************** Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One pair was wrong prescription and it has been over a month and have yet to see the correct glasses shipped to me. They use DHL- the slowest shipping option in the world. No communication- I don't know what the heck is going on. My other pair broke on me while at work, due to defect and cheap construction, and I had to miss half a day. Incompetent customer service operating out of a call center in *****. Very hard to speak to a live person anyway. Of course, it is outside the 14 day window for refunds, so I have ZERO confidence I will see any of my money. Thankfully, I ordered through Klarna, ***************, and was able to stop the last payment, but still wasted about $200 on garbage I could have bought at ******* for half the price... and it would have been better quality.
