      hello, it has been a nightmare once both pairs of glasses arrived and one of them was not what I was told I would receive as far size/dimensions. However, this company provides full refunds...and that's where the nightmare started. First, there is no phone number to talk to anyone about anything unless you're placing a new order. The company is obviously not interested in customer service other than to get new orders/money in. Second, every inquiry on the status of my refund can only go thru their chat who then has to hand off to their ************** who supposedly answers in 1-2 days, which has never happened. After the 2nd day, I have to follow up with the same group to ask for the same info. The latest problem is I am questioning the refund amount. I applied a discount code, bought 2 pairs of glasses, and the refund added back full price to the glasses I kept. Therefore, I asked for an original itemized invoice. The only invoice they will send is a "manual" (typed but it's apparently "manual") for just the pair of glasses I kept. So I can't see the original itemized total. I'm just supposed to trust their math and what they say is the correct refund amount.

      The main issue with GlassesUSA is that you cannot talk with a representative. Also, the communication is spotty at best. Please fix the customer service section, it's the biggest problem you have.GLB

      I placed an order on Thursday 10/5 EARLY in the morning for two pairs of single vision glasses and was informed that it would take up to 3 business days to produce. That was over a week ago and I have not received any information since 10/5, stating that they had entered production.I ordered these glasses because my current pair broke. I paid for the fastest shipping available. Having been informed of 3 business day production time along with the 3-5 day shipping, I figured I could temporarily fix my current pair until my new ones arrived. I work in construction and my hours dont exactly lineup with ordering in person, which is why I choose your company.On the morning of Tuesday 10/10, I used the 24/7 chat to try and get answers. I was told that a representative would contact me within the next 2 business days(I attached a screenshot). That never happened! The temporary fix on my current pair of glasses have given out and there is no fixing them again!I understand that GlassesUSA receives possibly hundreds of orders every day and things get delayed. But to not inform customers of a possible delay and leaving them in the dark, is a HORRIBLE way to do business! In addition to being told a representative would contact me and never doing so, is absolutely unacceptable and absurd! I am never doing business with your company again!Also, it says you can email them with questions/issues but you get an automatic response stating that the email is not monitored!

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Their phone number wont allow you to speak to anyone. They claim to send a SMS text for you to type with a service person but it doesnt send it. Worst customer service EVER.

      The product is quality but the automated customer service is abysmal. My order was supposed to be in production 3 days. After the 7th day with no update and many attempts to use their automated help to figure out what was going on, I started to get frustrated. The only way I was helped was due to taking to a human representative from customer service. However, it was a nightmare trying to even get the opportunity to talk with a human

      I was actually shocked when I received my glasses, I was a little worried about ordering glasses online. Not only did they get my prescription correct including the prisms, they *********** and love love the frames. Ive had them for about 2 weeks and havent had any issues with them so far. Im very happy with my purchase.

      Don't like it at all. Very cheap and flimsy. Regret buying them. Avoid purchasing from here.
