      **************** is garbage. Had my ********************** for less than 2 months and the lense fell out when I went to take them off my face. Contacted them right away and I got emails to links that don't work twice. Currently in the process on trying to solve the problem but they don't like to email back. They make the issue so much more bothersome to deal with than it needs to be. It's like they're hoping I forget about it by ghosting my emails.

      This is a totally new experience for me, being able to go online and order any type of glasses that I want, and then receive such a high quality product at such great, affordable prices. The BOGOFREE offers are incredible promotions that can save one a lot of money. I had an interaction with the customer service department on a minor issue and they were fantastic in taking care of it right away. This is not a good to be true website. They always deliver as promised!

      It's impossible to reach a live person for other than sales. My order is "delayed in production." They state that they "will contact me soon." They have not done so. The "service" email states it is not a monitored email address. The chat feature stops responding after I enter my order details. I would like a live person to tell me what is the actual status of my order.

      Can't get ahold of anyone regarding my refund!!! It's going on 3 weeks. Send a email and a reply comes back stating it's not monitored and to go to the website. Website says call. You call and the message says go to the website. Where Is my money??

      I was doubtful but ordered from GlassesUSA. my eyeglasses came slightly longer than expected but the quality is there. I am very happy with the eyeglasses and I can 'read' now. thank you. great job GlassesUSA!

      I have purchased from here several times over the years and have never had a problem until this time. I placed an order on 9/11/2023 for Glasses and Shades and the shades show up within a week. The glasses I'm still waiting on and then I receive an email 3 weeks later informing me that the frames I selected were now Out of stock. Of course you can't get a real person on the phone unless you're placing a new order and still cannot get a straight answer of what happened. I will say they are fixing the issue just had to find new frames and how those were not Out of stock as well. Needless to say this will be my last time using GlassesUSA because this has put a bad taste in my mouth.

      I ordered 2 boxes of contacts on 8/21 and paid for the fastest shipping. The order was lost at the *** center in my town on 8/26. I contacted glassesUSA for the first time on 8/31. To start, the only way to contact a human is via their chat. I called and there is not a single way to get to a human for order issues, the email on their website does not work, you get an email not monitored automatic reply, and you have to force the bot to transfer you to a live agent, it takes multiple tries of asking even when you ask a question it couldn't answer. They made me wait for a week and a half to take any action after the order was clearly lost as it had been in the same status last scanned at the *** location closest to my home on 8/26 and hadn't been updated in days. I waited, they finally agreed to send me an exchange form to get the order resent. I filled it out ASAP. I hadn't heard anything for days, so I chatted back in and asked to escalate and was told to wait.. again. A few days later I got an email asking to confirm my address. I responded immediately. It is now 9/12 and I hadn't heard anything again for a very long time. I chatted in and explained how urgent this is - as these are contacts and I don't have any because I was expecting my order in August and am struggling with work and daily life. I'm told to wait again and that they cannot escalate. I chatted in about 7 additional times after that and nothing was ever done about the delay and lack of communication. I asked to cancel my order so I can order from a different vendor and was told no. I received my order on 9/29 and was not sent tracking info or told. The driver left it outside of my gate and if I hadn't been home it would likely have been stolen. I was told on 6/30 that my issue was resolved. This was one of the worst service experiences of my life. GlassesUSA, you need to understand what you sell requires URGENCY. This wasn't my fault. Two stars because I have ordered in the past and had no issues.

      I wish I had checked their reviews before wasting $580.00 on cheap knockoff ***** Del Mar sunglasses. They are clearly not ***** frames or lenses. I ordered green mirror tinted gray polarized lenses and they sent plain lenses. When I questioned then, they claim that is what ordered. When I went to pull up my order, to show them, it had been removed from my account. Now they won't reply back and as everyone has said, there is no way to speak to anyone. So for almost $600.00 I got a pair of dollar stove sunglasses.

      I've been happy with the ordering process and glasses I've received. I wouldn't hesitate to order from GlassesUSA.com again. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is their customer service. It's good and they've taken care of issues/concerns that have come up for me... but it sometimes takes a few days or a couple attempts to get more "personalized" contact. But, like I said, I would order again from them without hesitation. My prescription is for progressives, which obviously takes a little longer to produce. But, I still typically have my glasses within 2 weeks.

      First of all I do my homework on searching multiple sites for a better price and quality, GlassesUSA Beat any price out there and the turn around time was even shorter than other companies. Thanks for making my shopping so smooth. I totally recommend giving them a try, and trust me sometimes contact lenses or glasses can take some time other wise the quality wont be there.
