      My glasses chipped within two weeks of having them, I was sad but honestly it couldve been my fault I am not sure as I do use my glasses regularly. Regardless, the customer service Bot connected me to a wonderful agent. Then the following day I was contacted by another agent to do a follow up & they put my replacement order through. Within 2 days they are already being shipped. I have to say this prompt service was very refreshing as I never receive anything similar from big companies. I really appreciated that they are allowing me to use the glasses until my order comes as I need glasses for college. I am very appreciative of ****** who was my agent that was prompt and helpful. I will definitely be ordering again from them!

      I purchased an expensive pair of Coach prescription glasses. They never fit great, but I loved them anyway. About a month after the purchase, they fell off of my face and scratched, unlike I've ever had any pair of glasses scratch in my 40+ years of wearing glasses. I know how to take care of them. I even provided additional scratch protection. I reached out by following the instructions on the site but received a response that the mailbox isn't monitored. Then I started a chat. After going through 20+ questions with the bot, I was finally connected to a human. He took about 30 seconds and said you've had your glasses over two weeks, and there is nothing that we can do. I explained I purchased the added protection and, if nothing else, could I purchase one replacement lens. The answer was no; then, what if I bought both replacement lenses and the answer was no? "We only sell complete glasses. It doesn't read as such, but if you purchase form there, they will do, and you have no guarantee of anything other than 2 weeks of the order date. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

      TERRIBLE! I wish I read these before ordering. They dont deliver on their product and you cant get a human no matter what you try. Their pretend human, auto-bot says I am sorry I cant help you. And then the conversation ends. Ive tried this many times.

      First time I ever bought glasses and the experience was just ok really. I had to go to my optometrist 3 times and they said I needed a prism. I did like the glasses I picked out though. Their return policy on the first set of glasses is 15 days either return or exchange but after that it's only an exchange. I tell you I had to go through some serious hoops to get them to return these for a refund for the third time. They would only let me return them for a refund after they said I needed to go back to the optometrist and tell them exactly what the issue was. I don't think they're horrible but I think they need to modify their retun policy.

      Worst company ever. First they sent me the wrong prescription. In fact there was ZERO add in my glasses, where it should have been a +****. Then when I sent the glasses back and pointed out THEIR mistake they tried to charge me more money for the correct prescription. Then they decided to just give me a store credit without any consultation with me and without my permission to do so. They do not answer the phone. The "LIVE" chat is actually a bot that goes around in circles and never gives you a solid answer or connects you with a real person. You will never speak with or chat with a live person, even if you call corporate headquarters. I have STILL not received my correct glasses OR my refund and their policy is that a store credit (which I never requested) is only good for 90 days after which, I presume, they will just keep your money and send you nothing. I would suggest that anyone considering spending money with these people...DON'T. This is a complete scam.

      This is based on customer service only. Their selection and sales process was great.My rimless Thom ****** glasses broke after 1 y. I had purchased the warranty, so they were covered. It took a month of trying before I 2as able to get a human being to explain my unique situation to. Once I reached a human it was another month of back n forth to get the tint removed from the replacement pair. I did finally work, but it was very stressful trying to reach a human to deal with and claim the warranty work. It did finally get done, after 6 weeks plus additional shipping time, however, it was constant follow-up on my part. Be prepared. Once I got customer service rep ***************** the only one who ever went through back emails to see what was going on... only then did I get confirmation that the issue was fixed.Although the issue had *** fixed earlier, I had not been told and incorrect invoices sent had me wasting a lot of time. They need more humans and less bots in their customer service department. Oh and the first 3 weeks the auto phone system just kept hanging up on me at a certain point. What is up with that?? It was nuts. ****************

      HORRIBLE SERVICE!You spend a lot of money for glasses and if you need to speak to someone on the phone youre out of luck. They claim to be available by phone 24/7 but thats false. When you call your referred back to the webpage.Its been ***************************************************************** never order from them again

      Glassesusa. Bad experience paying extra for shipping.Do not believe the wording for quicker expedited delivery. I paid $12.95 for it. They finished my glasses in two days. Wonderful. But then they take 5 business days to deliver by **** and I couldnt get any further info from them online from the third day on. They blame the carrier which they picked. Its worded as if you will get your glasses in 3-5 business days. $12.95 for nothing.

      I had placed an order on august 2 because my glasses broke. Got a notification that I received the glasses in august 10. Didnt get them waited a week to give it a chance had to fill out paperwork to get them redelivered. Now theyre canceled but coming once they approve it and now when I ask questions about my order and what the status is they end the chat saying they cant help me. You can only contact them via chat, and I emailed the address they gave only to see that they dont regularly monitor the emails. Going in almost a month without glasses. Im a little upset to say the least.

      Absolutely disgusting services. I never received my order. I was never notified that my order has a production delay. Then I was told they will upgrade my shipping but it was still in production for over 2 weeks. Zero status update and zero communication. I had to cancel my order for store credit. Placed a new order for a new pair and now the same issue. Production over a week and still in production. Representative have no status information and refuses to upgrade my shipping. Horrible horrible horrible. Over a month later and I still don't have glasses.
