      went to purchase more contacts & was told i wouldnt be charged until i placed the order. well, i didnt place ****** was still charged the cart total. reached out to customer ************** said it would take 24 hours for the charge to go away. so, you took the money out of the account without my permission & then you tell me i wont see it for 24+ hours???? what kind of business runs that way???

      Terrible customer service. Returned my ********************** using the Happy Return they provided. Contacted happy return since they refuse to refund me& happy return confirmed that as soon as I dropped off the glasses and happy return received it, Im supposed to receive the refund right away.

      DO NOT buy from this company. Ordered glasses 6 weeks ago. (promised **** business days) Continued to call for status update to only get the glasses are in production, my inquiry would be escalated. I have all the conversations with the chat agent reporting the same status time and time. Production, the glasses are in production. After one month of ordering I get feedback from agent that the frames where out of stock. So I cancelled the existing order and requested a full refund. today is 2 weeks or 10 business days and still no refund. I am still without glasses or a refund because I cannot afford to buy replacements until I am refunded my $425. I called again this morning to get the same line of c*** DO NOT ORDER from this online group.

      Ordered a pair of RayBan prescription glasses, spent $300 for them to come in weak, crooked and just plain TRASH! Sent those back and it took FOREVER to get my money back. Decided to give them another chance since they offered buy one get one and these are just as bad but I need them so I deal with it. Glasses sit on my face CROOKED! I just dont understand, I spent $120 and I would expect them to be even on my face at the least!!!! Never use.

      Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered prescription sunglasses for a trip I was planning. Paid extra for expedited shipping. The item did NOT arrive, nor did it ever come. I chatted with 4 different persons including a supervisor and they refused to cancel my order. The supervisor was supposed to call me but never did. She instead sent me an email saying they wouldn't cancel my order. Absolute worst service for glasses online

      $12.95 for 3-5 day shipping and they are scheduled to arrive on day 7. According to the tracking they shipped on Monday, but didn't get to the shipping facility until 4 days later. Their express shipping is a scam!

      I don't know how this company has an A raiting with the BBB. They have the absolute worst customer service. You can never get a live person on the phone. They claim that the phones are open until midnight but no matter when you call, you can never speak with a live person. They just refer you back to the website or want to send an SMS message. The online chat feature allows you to speak with the most rude and unhelpful staff. I ordered my glasses and explained I was leaving on vacation and needed them before I left. They assured me if I upgraded to the fastest shipping I would have them in time. Well, they still didnt ship them out and when I contacted customer service they told me that if they didnt ship them soon to reach back out and they would check to see what was happening. I told them that this was unacceptable and that I just wanted a refund. The customer service guy "****************" just said sorry to hear that, copied and pasted a link (which didnt work) and then disconnected from the chat. I will never, ever buy another thing from this company. I think the BBB should reassess their rating. If I could give zero stars I would. They dont deserve the 1 start I was forced to give.

      Ordered glasses on June 24 and now July 10. Still no response.
