      I ordered sunglasses and was told to wait 15 business days before contacting the company about the status of my order even though the tracking showed them to be at my local post office for five days. I waited the 15 days and was told that the glasses I chose were actually out of stock. I received an offer to pick another pair which I did. I ordered another pair and chose 3-5 day express delivery. It has now been 10 days and the glasses have shown to be in ************* for the last 8 days. I dont understand why they would provide updated tracking information when they were never sent. I believe that is the case with this order as well.

      Terrible!!!! You will never reach a live person its all thru email I paid extra for the insurance and when I needed new glasses they lied and said my pair were out though online had availability they shipped me used glasses different brand then I wanted and didnt fit right so I sent them back and of course didnt hear a word. I kept having to ask for updates and they told me a manager would call me that has never happened. My original pair glasses I wanted now are in stock (shocking) and they say they are shipping them to me. We shall see. Stay away from this company

      This website is a complete scam. I am a nurse practitioner and I placed an order for glasses. However immediately after my order I received a text saying thank you for my order but never received a receipt nor order number to my email. Ive been emailing and emailing someone finally sent me a BOGUS order number which can not be tracked thru the website and I still havent seen a receipt but my money was taken off the card and processed by the company. Im even trying to contact them to make sure that I have placed the right lenses prescription and still nothing. $400 down the drain. Do not order from this site. The 24/7 customer service is a scam and so is the online chat. You will never get assistance.

      Love my new glasses, prompt shipment, great customer service keeping me informed of each step, saved me a lot of money and they look and feel great!! Will certainly be shopping here again!!

      The 1st pair of eyeglasses with transition lenses. I was very satisfied. Of course, I ordered another pair! The 2nd order was a pair of eyeglasses with transition lenses glasses; the transition lenses did not work. I returned and ordered another pair with transition lenses, which did not work. I was told to return and sent a coupon that was less than what I paid. I sent that pair back, too. Let see what happens with this order. Also, customer service options and resolving issues is a joke!

      Its a scam. I ordered glasses over 2 weeks ago and there is an error on my shipping. I absolutely cannot get any answered to where my order is. I also cannot get anyone to give me a refund. At this point Im considering it as a loss. Its my own fault for trusting a online seller without really doing the research

      My order did not arrive express, despite paying the express fee. I still have not received my order. I have had three separate chat instances with them, and I am sure they are shining me on. I was told the order was supposed to come the day of 6/5 by the chat rep, so I said I'll be reaching out to you tomorrow if they don't arrive. Surprise, they didn't arrive. Their website shows my order shipped on 5/31. During my third chat session with them today (6/12), they said "Your order has been shipped today, please wait 3-5 business days". When I pointed out their own website shows that my order shipped on 5/31, the chat rep just apologized and repeated the "waited 3-5 days" line. I said "show me a screen capture of what you're seeing on your end" and they refused. I will definitely avoid GlassesUSA from now on.

      Forget about getting a live person to help you! Im so frustrated right now as Ive been trying for days to get help on my glasses order. I want to exchange them for another pair, but I cant get a hold of anyone to explain what I would like to do. I only have 14 days to exchange them so I think theyre trying to wait until the 14 days is over before they help me. ??
