      Unethical! I bought a pair of glasses. Two days later they are marked down over $75. I tried to reach customer service via the telephone and computer. To say that it was difficult to find a human being to interact with. Bottom line I received no closure and when I tried to return the glasses they said they were not eligible for return. A scam!!

      My orders from Glasses USA include sunglasses, at least 4 pairs of prescription glasses, one pair of prescription glasses with blue blocking lenses, and most recently a pair of prescription glasses with progressive lenses for reading and blue blocking lenses. All of my orders have been received with excellent packing. I have returned a few pairs of glasses that are not included in what was previously mentioned. The reason was that the frames didn't have the look I wanted. The last pair was returned because I couldn't read with them, even though the least amount of strength was ordered. I received an offer to adjust the lenses so that they could be used for distance and for reading. I am thrilled that the lenses are being upgraded, they will be clear for reading (which is what I wanted), and sent in 3 days. All of this is at no extra charge to me. I have found their service to be prompt and exact. I have tried a few other companies, but will stay with GlassesUSA.

      I bought 2 separate orders under the 14 day try at home on May 16th& 18th. After I tried them on couldn't see. Contacted customer service, received shipping label for the cheaper pair but can not get them to send a return shipping label for the ****** pair before the days run out and my card is charged. I have tried everything to get a response and they just chat and say they sent it to the appropriate **** and wait 2-3 more days. Please help me to get these returned and no charges on my card.

      Horrible company.They immediately charged my card but never sent me an order confirmation number.Can't get ahold of anybody, don't respond to emails, live chat is a joke. This company needs to be closed. I'm filing a claim with my cc company to cancel the order. Pretty sad excuse for an online retailer.

      Same problem as many others here, waiting to get my glasses for more than a month and a half. Paid just under $400 and never received my glasses. Sent e-mails and never received a reply. The on-line chat is only a bot that goes in circles. When you call their phone number it is extremely difficult to speak to a human being. You have to press 1 for a new order and a human being answered. He stated that they were processing it and in 7 days it would be shipped out. That was over a month ago. Luckily I made the purchase through my Amazon account which has a guarantee claim which refunded my money. How does this horrible company have a BBB rating of A? This is unacceptable.

      As others have pointed out the support is nonexistent, it seems QA is a issue as well. I have ordered from them in the past without issue, which is why I was willing to use them again. After taking my payment I did not receive any update from them for over 6 days. After the 3 business day window had passed and my order had not shipped I attempted to contact their support to only receive a message saying the number was disconnected. I then contact them via email, which I still have yet to hear back on.2 more business days go by and they do finally ship my order, which to their credit did arrive fast. I then proceed to notice that the nosepads on the pair of glasses are horribly misaligned and obviously uneven from a distance, considering the price of the frames + lenses this is not acceptable. I attempt to contact their support via phone again, and only receive a automated message telling me to go to their website. If you want something resolved with them you may be better off contacting their billing email address (billing@) or their finance address (finance@) I have threatened to do a chargeback so hopefully that gets their attention. Which none of this should even be necessary! Its very disappointing to see a company that I had good experiences with in the past, and even had people I trust recommend to me begin to struggle this badly.

      Total scam, got the wrong prescription twice, in two months, took it to my local doctor to get a proof that the Glasses do not match the prescription. After forwarding all the proof and details, they never refunded me or explained or exchanged my glasses. The name says Glasses USA they are made in ********, which is obviously not part OF ***. This company never responds to customers avoid at all cost you will be dealing with a robot chat at best and their team of customer service are confrontational and do not acknowledge their mistake AVOID AT ALL COST.

      I as well ordered glasses, and it keeps telling me it's in production... I ordered from them just last year and got my glasses within a week. I call and went right to a voice indicator saying, no longer in service *********** I sent them $675.00 for two pairs of glasses OMG now what!???

      Order placed a month ago. No one can tell me the reason for the delay. Cant reach anyone over the phone. Live chat they just end chat without answering any questions
