      Glasses USA is a terrible company that does not care about its customers. They take your money with promises of quick and easy delivery, but they have no intention of fulfilling those promises.I ordered a pair of glasses from Glasses USA on April 13, and as of today, May 5, I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and they have been less than helpful. They keep giving me the same answer "Please allow 48 hours for your order", and they have not been able to give me a specific delivery date.I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Glasses USA, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I urge you to do your research before you do business with this company. There are many other reputable companies that offer the same products and services without the hassle and disappointment.Please, don't buy from Glasses USA.

      Horrible service. I placed an order that was stuck in production, so I requested a cancellation. They called me and offered 130% of the value to replace an order. So, I did. I ordered another prescription glasses AND sunglasses. I received notification via text the order shipped. Only to find out it didnt. One pair was again stuck in production and the other order is sitting in their sorting facility. Live chat is basically useless and you cant even speak with someone live on the phone. What a complete joke. Horrible customer service.

      Absolutely terrible company, shipping and production takes forever, the customer service isn't helpful and their "insurance" you can pay for is an absolute joke. I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to respond about a pair that was damaged. They say the department that deals with that should take 2-3 days to respond. This company needs to be sued for medical malpractice considering glasses are a medical device

      I ordered my glasses and had to wait 14 days before I checked to see if they were ready. After *********************************************************************** 6 days. I needed them for work. They didn't get to my house until 3 days after I had to leave for work. Once my wife shipped them to where I was working they were not even prescription glasses and we're not what I ordered. I then return them and was told that I would get my refund within a matter of time. I still have not gotten my refund. I then got a email saying that they were in production. Reproduction again. Have then called and complained that I wanted a refund and got the run around on having that done

      Giving the 1 star even hurts. The lack of customer service is appalling. 5 times I had to tell them to proceed with my order. Its now over a month and they still havent processed it. Took my money of course and get the same response after taking forever to get a live person. We are sorry for the inconvenience your order has been moved to the return department. Five times!!!!! Worse company EVER!!!

      You guys did very bad. I thought that this was a scam because whenever I reach out. You could never gave me an answer of my order and you got me scared that this was a scam so you better fix your customer service. It's very poor have a great day.

      The absolute worst customer service! Almost as bad a the cable company.Tried multiple times to speak witha rep and was never able to get through. They do not honor thier warantee. Ridiculous wait times delivery and any replies.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and buy your glasses elsewhere.I with I'd have read these reviews before purchasing anything from them.

      my order number is ********** I ordered 8 days ago and the glasses haven't even been shipped yet. I've talked to customer service 3 times and got a different response each time none of which provided me with any information on what's happening. on the update website, It says 3-day processing time it's been like that for 8 days. when I talked with *********** ****(this was my second chat and I was on the 6th day waiting) I was told that it actually takes 3-6 business days to process and that it would be done by that day which was a lie cause here I am on the 8th day still waiting. every time I talked to customer service they would say the same thing "Kindly allow a maximum of 1-2 business days for an update via email." I haven't gotten an email back. company totally lies about how long it takes and customer service is horrible.

      DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO RETURNS. I ordered contacts weeks ago and it still says they are processing my order. When I tried to start a return since they still have not shipped they told me my contacts were not eligible for returns. They scammed me close to $200 and I doubt I will ever receive my contacts now. Please go with other companies such as contacts direct or ***** contacts, they're close to the same price with a more reliable service.

      They sent me a coupon and the customer rep had me on online chat for over an hour arguing the terms of the coupon with me. I sent them screen shots of the email THEY sent me about the coupon AND the disclaimer at the bottom to show that my order qualified for the coupon discount. They literally kept repeating the same sentence over and over. They said you need an upgrade. The email said "ALL RX LENSES". Also, I DID have an upgrade and they had the nerve to say "but your upgrade was only $14" like OH OKAY! I guess I didn't spend enough money for the coupon to be honored. There's no minimum or maximum amounts mentioned but I guess the customer service rep decides if you can save money with coupon codes or not based on how much you spend. WHAT A JOKE!Also, they literally (i have proof) waited 10 minuted between replies. I am SO ****** OFF! They didn't help me at all. They lost someone willing to be a regular customer. I was so looking forward to making more orders in the future. NOT ANYMORE!
