      Just dont. Waited and waited for expedited shipping. S**** fell out within two weeks. Contacted company and was told to send back! What Im supposed to do meantime, they are prescription glasses.

      Im gonna say first off ive bought from many online eye glasses stores and by far this business is the best . Reasonable prices and always in time . Very consistent quality and customer service is great . I just had issues with my glasses breaking which was all on me and they told me no issue send them in . I did and of *********** lost them . I reach out and i got a dull credit for the glasses and re ordered !!! Make sure your prescription is up to date and triple check your checkout cart !!!! Most complaints are user errors ......

      My experience with GlassesUSA was excellent. One pair fit me perfectly, but the other needed to be exchanged. The process to do this was simple and the customer support I received was top-notch. I am pleased knowing that my money is supporting American business. I have tried second rate optical vendors and regretted it. GlassesUSA will be my go-to in the future.

      Absolutely worst company ever!I ordered 3/9/2023. It's almost May 2023 and I still do not have my order.Runaround from every single person. No supervisors available ever. Nothing but lies, lies, LIES!!I also am out about $500 as of today. *****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY****?

      I had a very positive experience, I ordered contacts, they contacted my eye doc for my prescription and sent the lenses as soon as they got the ok. I needed a receipt for an order I placed a year ago and they sent it to me the next day, Their customer service is amazing

      I had a good experience with GlassesUSA. It is very hard to speak to a live person but I sent an email and got a response very quickly. In my email, I explained exactly what I wanted and I got an email with a link to a shopping cart with exactly what I wanted. I haven't received the glasses yet but this is my 2nd pair so I am very hopeful.

      I reluctantly ordered ********** from this vendor after a very expensive experience at another web Rx store, for similar glasses and same Rx.My new glasses showed up in a timely manner, Rx was spot on and the cost was 30% lower.The packaging was very professional and it even included a card with my Rx and, unlike the other vendor, the original Oakley hard case.Very please. Will definitely and confidently order from GlassesUSA again.Great job! Thanks!

      I think GlassesUSA is just the best! I was having trouble signing in, and I called with the number provided. I had to wait a bit, but sure enough, I was able to chat with a real person. This was a little difficult for me as it takes me a long time to type. But **** was so helpful and patient with me, and was able to solve the problem! I will definitely order again from GlassesUSA, and I will spread the word!

      I ordered prescription glasses. When the glasses arrived they did not have a prescription. I returned them and I have never received my glasses. I have not received a refund. And no one at glasses USA will respond to my inquiries.

      I just have to say that this company has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service! I ordered a pair of ********************** for my son, and when he received them he said he couldn't see anything except for his prescription that was printed on the lens. They never even finished preparing them with his prescription! The only way he could see thru them was when he looked up! I had trouble finding the order # to ship them back, and they were less than helpful to provide it for me. I finally found the order # but now it's been over the 14 day period to return or exchange them because they can't seem to be bothered to respond to emails! I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted them to provide the service that I had already paid for! I will never recommend this pathetic company to anyone! If I could rate them with no stars, then I would! A warning to all...Don't ever order from GlassesUSA!!
