      I had great service. The post office lost the 1st pair i ordered. Glasses *** replaced them with expedited service. My new glasses are excellent. Thank you Glasses USA!

      No idea how this company gets an "A" rating on BBB... They are absolutely horrible. I tried 3 pairs from them and each had manufacturing defects that made then not able to be worn. DO not go with the off brands on this site! Trust me... they are crooked defect frames. from what I can tell the lenses seem ok, but the frames are defects for sure. Also they have hidden return policies. When you point that out it's full denial mode. I was given multiple stories by phone representatives and they even left out offers on with summaries.

      Honestly I seen a lot of reviews and was skeptical after I had placed my order but I'm glad I did. My glasses come within 12 business days, and I honestly believe if they chose another third party shipping carrier I would have got them sooner. The most crisp clear glasses I have ever had and they look great. I would order from them again. Just don;t wanna deal with osmworldwide. lol

      Horrible company I have ordered from them before with no problem This time around I got two of my three orders with frame only and no prescription power glasses Third one still pending been more than a month None of the returns has been addressed My order inquiry has been bouncing between their contact no and live chat which is mostly automated and hard to get an answer from No refund yet also Very frustrated

      It's amazing that this business still has an "A" with the BBB even when their average review is 1 out of 5 stars!They advertise hassle free returns. I have paid for 4 pairs of glasses, returned 3 and gotten no money back! I'm charging back to my credit card. You can't call and reach a human being, and the customer support is useless!

      I also ordered from GlassesUSA because of their high rating. What a mistake. Their (lack of) customer service is a total nightmare. Everything is auto-generated including their "LIVE" chat, 7 am - Midnight phone system, and their email responses. None of which answer my specific question. I considered filing a complaint here as well but why bother? They have already wasted too much of my time. My glasses are going back today. I sincerely hope they are prompt with my refund and I never have to deal with them again.

      Always purchased glasses online, and wanted to try that company. They are so cheaply made, and from extreme poor quality, not only the frame but lenses also. First the coatings started to fade away within a month, then the frame fell apart, even the threads wouldn't hold a new screws, I had to use finish nails to hold the lenses in place, then the right branch lost the spring inside by itself. Useless to say that those glasses are entirely,and cheaply made in *****.

      Both lenses made for me in 2023 were incorrect.The progressive height was totally wrong and very low.I returned one pair and they refunded the cost, the other pair was sun glass progressive lens and I notice it being not progressive or had the same issue late, so I missed the dead line, they would not even attempt to correct it, I have to dispute it through my ***** ***** Credit card.
