      I would like to put no stars but I cant. Ordered my glasses the first time. Thing went well. Ordered another pair and they were delivered to somewhere else. Been on the line in live chat three times. Filled out a form to just have them make me another pair and send them. Still no glasses. Looked up order status after three weeks and said I submitted a cancellation. I never did that. Still cant get ahold of a real person. Ive been ripped off and am not happy about it. Of course nothing will be done because I cant TALK to a live person. How does a company get by with NO live customer service employees to speak to on the phone! Ive never written a review but am t my **** end! A bad experience with the company must not matter to them as I now see Im not the only one and they have stolen my money with no product successfully in my possession. All I want is to talk to a real person and come up with a solution to get what I have already paid for.

      **************** is absolutely garbage. They refuse to let you speak to a live person about your order. They processed an order to my card that I didn't even make. Through email 2 weeks ago they said that it was a mistake and canceled.. They still charged me over $1000. For an order I didn't even make. That I contacted immediately after I received an email saying an order was made. I tried calling several times and they continue to refer me online yet no one will help. They are crooks. Stay off their website and don't order from them.

      I have ordered from them now for the third time. First time, glasses were sent with the incorrect prescription. Second time, the frame fell apart (wanted to replace this one-after ******* emails, they told me the frame was discontinued). Third pair again, wrong prescription. Each time, they offer 110% rebate, so I thought they stood behind their product. Like other reviews, can never get someone on the phone, obviously intentional. Tried to get a return label for the third psir, and the website will not allow me to do it. Using the automated chat feature is circular and useless. I want my money back and do not recommend this company to anyone.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM I ****** glasses and spent $138.00 I tracked my order to which it said it was delivered - I verified that I entered the correct address when I ordered, which I did, and still have not received my glasses. Trying to get through to anyone is impossible as everything is automated. THE ONE TIME that I spoke to someone was when I selected the prompts to place a new order, the rep sent me an email with instructions that said to wait for 48hrs and to contact them again through the phone number that they provide however, it's the same circle of not getting through to anyone and now I am out $138.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS IF A PROBLEM EXISTS!!! This company needs to be shut down - they don't even deserve one star.

      Paid fastest shipping speed . Havent received anything or even an update in a while.. I paid for 2 glasses here so disappointed as of now this is just a SCAM

      The prescription on my original pair of glasses were not correct. I filed a return and was contacted by the company to see if I wanted them to increase the prescription field. I agreed but the prescription was still not right. I am trying to get a return/refund on the second pair but am not getting an email response. It is impossible to talk to a live person about the issue.

      I would not recommended ordering from them. If you place your order and pay for the expedited shipping they do not care, they take the extra amount paid and state its only business days which is fine, you order in day during the week you will not get them within 3-5 business days they charge the extra fee knowing they have the weekend. Now we do not have eye glasses but of course had to pay extra for shipping but could have dont standard shipping for less price and received them at the same time, I would say its a large scam and disappointing.

      Not worth a one-star rating! Very unhappy with the service that I've received from this company and recommend others to look elsewhere for glasses/contacts. I ordered a pair of glasses and received them relatively quickly. I loved the look of the frames, the lenses were perfect, and the prescription was correct, but within a day of having them, the earpiece was hard to close and not working correctly. It felt like it would break if I closed the glasses. I tried to use the online chat for assistance which is pure garbage as it is a chatbot. It's useless as not all scenarios are available for assistance with, and you never get a live person. I tried calling their number, and every option directs you to use the website with no live person unless you choose the "New Sales" option. I followed the process of exchanging the glasses, and they got the glasses back within a few days (as verified by tracking and the company themselves). I have received nothing back from the company regarding my exchange. I have called three times and submitted a request online. When I called the first two times, they said they had escalated the request to the exchange/return department. And that I would hear something within 24 hours. They told me that the return department was backlogged. I've never gotten a response for the exchange pair of glasses. I called today, and the person that answered the phone was laughing, and there were all sorts of laughing and yelling in the background. Very unprofessional. I asked for an update on the new pair, and they said it was still with the return department. I told them I felt like my money was being held hostage and wanted a refund. She "submitted" a refund request and we'll see if I get one. If I do not in an acceptable timeframe, I will be getting with an attorney. Poor customer service, unprofessional staff and feels like a scam based on other reviews.

      I placed an order with them and it was a nightmare. I got charge more that I was suppose to because I had a coupon. Getting them to adjust the amount charged was a pain, also the order took an eternity because they use Osm which is snail mail. When the order finally arrived the case came damage with one of the lenses popping out of place. As soon as I seen the issue I let them know. They told me they will send a replacement case (they never did). I had the 20/20 insurance plan they offer well they tell you that there is copay but not that we have to pay for the shipping charge. After all these headaches I told then I wanted my money, they are avoiding helping me. I finally got an agent on the phone she refused to help after a lot of request she agreed to create a return label which I haven't received after some time has past no shipping label and now they are trying to to send me a case now that I want my money. Stay away from website like these they dont care about their Customer. They have anti Customer policies. It's all about money.

      Terrible customer service. Have been waiting on an exchange on a prescription for over two months now. Dont bother paying for upgrade you will never get to speak with anyone who can inform you on the status of your glasses they all say the same thing they are sorry and they will escalate the ticket. I have multiple ticket, multiple escalations and multiple emails and 40 minute long conversations with multiple employees and still no word on what happened to my glasses. Also purchased another pair sent back with their return label have tracked package they have received it since the 13th of February and still waiting on a refund.
