      I received a pair of glasses that are obviously not my prescription. When I tried to return them the message stated they are not eligible. Totally false advertising! I cannot reach a live person to speak with. I feel that this company is scamming people since I'm out several hundred dollars and cannot get a refund.

      Absolutely horrible. Made glasses wrong. Sent them back and 12 days later, nothing. No communication. Avoid them at all cost.

      I used them, first I got the wrong prescription and it took over a month to get a correct pair of glasses. I finally got the glasses in Mid January (around the 17th), on February 9th the glass popped out of the frame because a s**** fell out. I emailed customer service the same day and send pictures. As of the date of this review February 24th, 2023 I have gotten nothing but the generic email of "we have received your email & will process your request". So I have no glasses, you cannot speak to a human being on their customer service number UNLESS you are placing on order (sales reps only) and all the messages direct you to the website. Tried the "Chat Online" and that is just an automated bot and also redirect you to the website. I WILL NEVER ORDER GLASSES FROM THEM AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. I will now place a claim on Paypal to get my $400 back. I would give them ZERO STARS.

      This place is a scam. RUN, RUN, RUN, stole $190 from me. i ordered a pare of glasses and paid for it to be delivered within 3-5 business days and have not received anything i tried calling them no luck i tried doing a live chat no luck. I called DHL and asked about my package they told me that they aren't sure where the package is GlassesUSA doesn't respond nor do they have anyone you could talk to smh RUN, RUN, RUN save your money and the headache.

      I purchased two pair of mens metal frame glasses. The lenses keep popping out.I returned one pair. They were supposed to replace it. They never did, despite many phone calls.I kept the other pair because I need to see. I tried returning it but they wont accept it.The metal frames are too thin to hold the lenses. They claim there is a one year warranty. They are not honoring it.

      GLASSES USA IS A TOTAL SCAM ************ is one of the biggest scams Ive ever seen. You have no way to speak to anyone. Only by chat. That should be your first red flag. So I spent close to $400 a couple years ago on a pair of bifocals with rimless frames, a amazing in their words warranty when I bought it which turned out to be a waste of money. The blue coating and other add ones well make your choice. They sent with my new glasses a couple of years ago coupons for new lenses in the event you needed to get a new Rx for your vision. Anyway, I went to the eye doctor and need a big change in my lenses. I called today and get this THEY WILL NOT DO NEW LENSES ON YOUR OLD FRAMES YOU BOUGHT FROM THEM. SO YOU ARE SCREWED PURCHASING A COMPLETE SET OF GLASSES MY FRAMES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE.I cant go to another store locally to get my rimless glasses with the new lenses. No one will do it. So they s**** you. STAY FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM GLASSES USA. THEY WILL S**** YOU AT ANY CHANCE THEY CAN. EVEN THOUGH I CHATTED TODAY WITH THE MANAGER TELLING HIM I HAVE COUPONS FROM THEM STATING I WAS GOING TO GET A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT SET OF LENSES. NOPE. THAT MEANS GLASSES AND FRAMES SO GET READY TO SPEND CLOSE TO $400 OR SO.I actually have 3 reviews on this company on multiple websites because of their scam. You cant buy a new pair of lenses for a new Rx from the same glasses you purchased and spent $400+ on a couple of years ago? Where is this stated on their website from that time? It said no where they would not allow you to buy new lenses if you buy an entire pair of glasses from them. ITS NOT TRUE AND I AM MAKING IT VERY CLEAR ON EVERY WEBSITE I CAN FIND TO TELL EVERYONE. ONCE YOU BUY A PAIR OF GLASSES, YOU CAN NEVER UPGRADE THOSE LENSES TO A NEW RX. EVER. AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS A COMPLETE JOKE. YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE. THEY CLAIM YOU CAN - BUT YOU CANT. THEIR CHAT IS A JOKE. LIKE 20 BOTS TO GET THROUGH BEFORE A HUMAN. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

      Placed an order on February 5th and 2 days later, was told that the item was no longer in stock. I requested a refund on February 8th and was told it would take 7 to 10 business days. I can never speak to a live person and can only correspond through live Chat. Went through Chat again on February 22 only to be told that I would have to wait another 7 to 10 business days. I am getting the run around regarding my full refund. I dont quite understand how GlassesUsa can take a full payment before the item is actually sent. Will not be doing business with them ever again.

      I ordered glasses on their website for the second time in four months. At this time I lived in another state and wrote a different delivery address and a different billing address, these are different addresses, but they decided that these addresses should match and my glasses went to another state. Their support team does nothing, their inattention has no boundaries. They even confused the order number I indicated in the letter! In the third order, they also confused with the addresses - they wrote off money from the card, which is tied to the wrong address and person I specified in the order. Their assurances that their support service is always working is a hoax. There is only an answering machine and a chatbot that can't solve anything

      I bought glasses with progressive lenses, and the frames put the bottom portion of the lenses so far down on my cheek, that I can't see through them to read. Every communication with GlassesUSA said that these were fully refundable. So, I sent them back for a refund with their own tracking says that they received them on Feb. 2 Now, on the website, it says that they are not refundable. No email, just posted on the site. I have no glasses, and I am out $360.What a scam.Not one star... No stars

      Update: My payment was through PayPal. I opened a PayPal dispute, and GlassesUSA made the refund.

      These idiots use a chat bot for customer service that is no help at all. I wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase anything from this company. Go to SAM's **** for your designer frames. I purchased some glasses a month ago, they were returned to the company. Call them 7 times to try and get a return. One lady had me do a return merchandise request...LOL.....The next lady just issued a refund. All I wanted was my glasses to be resent back, simple as 1 2 3 but they cant get that right. This is horrible and I hope they lose business with that stupid chat bot....What the h*** is wrong with you people!
