      I fell into that trap as well. Ordered 17 days ago and still waiting on my order to arrive. It is hard get a live customer service rep on the line because you have to press 1 if you are calling about an existing order, and 2 if you want an upgrade. Well I pressed 2 anyway and someone with a heavy accent that could barely speak English was on the line. I expressed my frustration with their lack of transparency regarding my order. I still couldn't get a straight answer about my pending contacts order. Never again... I should have just gone to ****** to place my order. So much for trying to save a few dollar. Lesson learned!

      Been trying to get my glasses for more then a month. They took my money (just under $400) and never sent me ANYTHING. Been going back-and-forth with their outsourced customer service, which has lied and told me no less than five times that they were on their way. The phone number in their advertisements and their website has absolutely no way to get through to a human being and you have to resort to using their chat feature. They tell you they will get back with you in 24 hours and that has never happened over countless interactions. I will be uploading the entire transcript.

      God awful company. I would say the customer service is terrible however it is non existent. Their website states you can start a life chat however it is not a live person. They have an ***** number however it is only a general recording and you cannot speak to someone. Think twice and explore other options before order because you will not get your money back from this company.

      Zero customer service they could care less about you. Only bots respond to inquires If you get someone on the phone all scripted responses Waste of time and money should have went to a more reputable firm. ****** learned would not recommend this company at all

      Ordered a pair of glasses from them. Prescription lenses, transitions, Progressives, the works. After a month they developed a spot in one of the lenses that was crackled and discolored. Tried contacting them multiple times and got no response. Can't get a person on the line. I received two ticket numbers when I emailed only to get no further communication. These are $400 glasses that I have only been able to wear less than a month! TERRIBLE customer services. NO communication. Theft of my money for something cheap.

      I have tried to give GlassesUSA as many chances as I could, however, they keep sending me damaged lenses. It started with an order all the way back in September. I finally received them about 6 weeks later, but they appeared to already be crazing (the process in which the coating is applied incorrectly and chips or cracks) when I received them. It took me several chats and several emails for them to even approve sending me new glasses as they can't just place an order for lenses. I received the second set (after having to place an entirely new order) and they arrived damaged too. I had to beg and plead for them to let me keep them until the THIRD set arrived..Guess what? Not so much crazed as tiny little dots all over the lenses causing awful reflections and blurry vision through them. In speaking with professionals, this is caused by cheap coatings and incorrectly applying them. Now they are telling me that they refuse to refund me because I have already "returned" the first set. I will be looking into pursuing legal action against this company. BEWARE!

      Very poor customer service. I ordered ********************** in 2022 around the holidays and wanted to return them as I can't see out of them. Quality is not the best. Like looking out fishbowls. Anyway, I have been trying to contact GlassesUSA by email and phone and can't get a hold of anyone. Each email, when your lucky enough to get one, is by a different person and they recommend you call. When I called, I can't get through to anyone. I even tried chatting and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience" I'll have to send you to another department and it can take 2-3 business days to hear back. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

      This company has no-one that will talk to customers. Their phone line is completely automated. Their chat line is totally incompetent and uses computer generated conversations when you think you are conversing with a person. Because I didn't respond quickly enough, they discontinued my chat without a resolution. I received emails from five different customer support employees giving me information that didn't solve my problem. In addition, they are overpriced compared to their completion. GlassesUSA has one of the worst customer service models and implementation I have ever experienced. To date, they have not contacted me directly to solve a simple problem. Beware!

      Completly dissatisfied with this cpmpany. I ca not believe they have such rating 4.5 I recently ordered my contact lenses from them and paid extra for rushed shipping 5-7 business days. It has been over 2 weeks and the status has not changed from being received by ABB. Not shipped yet. I'm guessing at this point I can expect my contacts to arrive in a a month or more. Due to my urgent need to have my much essential contacts I had to order from another company two days ago and guess what my contacts will arrive tomorrow. It is possible to have a wonderful experience when one chooses the right company. Poor customer service , false promises regarding shipping, overpriced products and lack of effort to improve their services.

      Terrible service terrible warranty and terrible shipping that excludes weekends as you can't replace your glasses if you lose them and if they were made incorrectly but at the same time price gouge on certain additional fees while having a less than concrete shipping method through ***. Even though i ordered with expedited it took 6 days to make but isn't going to come until the 17th/ 20th which is how do i say it outside of 5-7 business days!!! Totally livid because even ****** can give a more concrete time frame with minor purchases then a glasses website that cost around 100 or more for frames or very cheap frames with one add-on and then if and when it gets to you in a less then savory quality its up to you to pay for 50% of it if you continue to use the website or 100% if you take your business elsewhere.
