      1. GlassesUSA would not honor a price match, despite the fact I showed them 3 screenshots.2. GlassesUSA stated in Jan. 6 email: "Your order #............. has been shipped and is on its way!" I finally got an email giving me the tracking number. They created the label on Jan. 9, so they lied. It had not been shipped, despite the fact that I emailed GlassesUSA on Jan. 5 stating I needed them by Jan. 12. 3. I had no recourse, no ability to expedite the shipment. 4. I tried calling numerous times and all they would do is apologize and read the script. They refused to refer me to a supervisor. 5. As far as the price match, what a travesty and misinformation on their part! I trusted their pricing, as I was a previous customer, and when I found out their pricing was overstated in their insurance link, they did nothing! They give no ability to use promo codes in their insurance link.

      The company seems to make a good product but twice now in 12 months. The shipper they used was ***...I even paid for expedited shipping this time hoping they would not use ***...but yet again *** has failed them. The little customer service I received was a generic person ("***"ambiguous typical non gender pseudoname) who just offered to return my expedited shipping .but that not the issue. I need the glasses...I could have gone elsewhere but gave Glasses USA in more chance and they failed.
      Their service tactic, if they reply is to push you out..just one more day..then another. Etc.
      The company has a "USA" in their name, but truly not a US company at all.

      These Glasses are not coming from the US. It's all international and it does not tell you this anywhere on their website. The order does not show tracking because it's being shipped first from another country first so the tracking number you receive will show only a label was purchased because **** does not have the package yet. They have their customer service chat online with a BOT only. If you call their customer service number after you've made a purchase you can not speak to a live agent. They have their number set up to loop you back to the chat which loops you back to the phone number. You actually have to press option 2, which is supposed to be for new sales only to speak to an agent. They will even prompt you a 2nd time to press 2 only if you are placing a new order. My package has been missing since it was shipped. I asked a simple question, where did you ship it from? What country? They don't know because they have international shipping sites all over the world. None that are actually in the US. Their US based address leads to "Lex pack and ship" it's not a real Glasses USA office or location. They are just using this address to claim "Glasses USA." Just ridiculous!

      How can a company be allowed to remain in business if they have no live interaction with their consumers and don't return any inquiries after multiple attempts? I am leaving the country in a few days and need the correct Rx glasses I ordered to help navigate my way through a foreign country. I prepared well in advance using their delivery time forecasts as well as paying an additional fee for an expedited delivery, so I did my part as a consumer to be well informed and prepared for any possible delays, including delays caused by winter weather. The most disturbing part is that there is absolutely no way to speak to a live person to get the true status. I've attempted direct message to both co-founders via ******** as well as Customer Service via ******* but I have little confidence theses will be returned. And as I now see the number of similar complaints on this site, shame on me for maybe not conducting due diligence. That said, what is being done to address the deception and facade of what is touted as a wonderful company but one that cannot deliver on promises, especially when they have already pocketed our hard earned money and need an essential for functioning as a human. It's a phone, pick it up can call. BBB, please help the, what appears to be hundreds of us that have been duped. One star is too much!

      I bought 2 pairs one seeing one for reading I put the script in worng so I sent them back got 2 new pair only have them not fit right on my face there saying they can't refund me this 2nd time I returned them they don't have my size ****** they said no Refund

      I am totally appalled that this company would send me a pair of used ******************* sunglasses. I received them with a cracked bridge and so unaligned that it's clear someone wore them and returned them. Also, their return process is horrific because now that they have my money all of the replacements that are comparable in price and that I like are suddenly out of stock. Other ******************* selections are way more expensive than the ones I originally ordered. I will never place another order for eyewear online, period! I wish I could upload pictures of the sunglasses they sent me. That would certainly prevent others from taking a chance on this company. I'm totally disgusted!

      I have placed twenty-one orders with Glasses USA since 2013. Almost all were for rimless prescription glasses. ************** can be up to a couple of weeks. Price is excellent for the quality. My rimless glasses with discounts are in the sub forty dollar range. They last about 4-6 months after which I replace. I have purchase a couple of pairs of ********** sunglasses with prescriptions. They ship the original lenses together with the prescription lenses installed. Never had any problems with them so surprised to see the negative reviews this could be a result of my prescription being basic and my preference for almost disposable priced glasses.

      I have made several orders from GlassesUSA. The customer service is excellent. Communication is easy, and the company goes above and beyond to make the customer satisfied. The quality of frames and lenses are superb. I cannot say enough positive.

      I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Glasses USA, and they have delivered on all products. My prescriptions have been accurate, and they provide a wide selection of quality high fashion frames to choose from.The only two things I don't like are the reply you get from the *** when trying to reach customer service, and the that they don't produce tri-foculs in the lab. This is a dependable company to do business with.

      I was skeptical about ordering glasses online, thinking they surely couldn’t get all the measurements and fit right. But because of the refund policy & the potential savings, I took a chance and ordered 2 pair of glasses. They got my progressive bifocal, polycarbonate, transitions just right in both pairs. I got 2 pairs for $400, when I normally pay $600 for a single pair! Only the length of the earpieces/arms was too long. That was my error & I was able to easily remedy the issue. I recommend you give *********** a try.
