      This is my first pair of glasses from Glasses USA and they are perfect. They are both progressive and transitions; not a simple lens. The frames are high quality and the prescription is right on. I estimate that the cost was about $200 less than the chain I had been using.I was reluctant to order glasses from a mail order facility but my husband had ordered from here three time and always pleased so I took a chance.**************

      Glasses USA was so helpful. I couldnt remember if I put transitions on them they helped me and fixed it. They were also quick and accurate. Having challenges without my glasses, I appreciate the speed of service.

      My glasses are great and we're a fraction of the price of my previous pair of bifocals. My only complaint was really with the shipping/ delivery as it took over 5 days to go from "label created" at the *** facility to "item shipped". I sent an email to the company and they promptly replied encouraging me to wait the full delivery window of **** days which was an accurate time frame. This was the 3rd pair of glasses we have ordered and the delivery company seems to be the limiting factor as a pair shipped with a different company arrived in less than a week. Overall an easy experience for me.

      I placed an order for my RX glasses at 6 AM on 9/29/22. My credit card was charged on 9/29/22. After 8 emails and talking with customer service, they would resubmit my order, days later they say we don't have those frames to pick another frame. I picked another frame, but days later they said they don't have those frames. 15 days later now I'm back where I started. I will ask for a refund. I WISH I HAD LOOKED THEM UP ON THIS WEBSITE BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER

      This is the second time I have ordered glasses from Glasses USA and the glasses are perfect. The fit is great and no adjustments had to be made. I would definitely recommend.

      I was instantly impressed with my prescription glasses. I made a mistake in my prescription I contacted costumer service and immediately helped me fix that issue. So far I have no concerns and happy with my purchase. Highly satisfied.

      Worst Company I've ever dealt with. Placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received it. They keep making excuses and are extremely unreliable.

      My experience with this company has been a nightmare I want to write this review because I want people to be aware in how this company operate, they claim your order will be deliver within seven days that is not true it took 16 days and when you call customer service they only thing they tell you is that it's on the way, Technology is so advance that you should be able to track your order anywhere I decided to place a second order of another pair of glasses I was giving them a second chance and on my second order the same exact thing happened late upset because I was waiting for so long not only that when the glasses arrive they were defective one of the lenses was loose they asked me to send them back he took another seven days to reach them and another 14 days for them to send a new glasses what a sham if you do order from this company I hope you have a better experience on your end.

      Beware of this company!!! Worst customer service, unavailable supervisors. They never follow up and you literally have to beg to get your refund. I am out almost $400!
