    At first this website appears to be great with current luxury items at a discount but if anything ever goes wrong and you need customer service youre screwed. They shipped me an incorrect item and it has been going on for over 3 weeks trying to get a resolution. **************** is really bad. If they shipped you a the wrong item they charge you to ship it back. Then they put a hold on the item at *** so they dont have to receive it. You really cant make this stuff up. Its all great until they make a mistake then its like fighting a lawsuit. Id recommend you stay away and save yourself the horror.

    i would like to file a complaint against ******** for selling 2nd rate Fragrance. I purchased Bond #9 Greenwich Village as a gift for my Daughter on her wedding day. This has been her favorite fragrance for as long as I can remember. I gave it to her early that morning and she was just beaming with delight. Image our horror when she sprayed it on and we quickly realized something was wrong this wasnt the pleasant fragrance we both love, instead it was giving off a very faint floral aroma that was masked with a mildew smell ,it was just atrocious. The whole ordeal was very upsetting for us both, and on top of the Mildew smell the top leaked when sprayed. I am truly disappointed with Jomashop,.

    Jomashop was great in that they had the cologne I wanted at the best price and it was even on sale too. They made ordering it very easy and delivery came on time! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

    Well I’m satisfied with the ******* 40mm sellita sw200 movement and I love the watch also comes with a ******* warranty also be advised I seen this watch at another website but not trust worthy. Plus this watch will be getting harder to find cause other places you barely cannot find it so I’m glad with this purchase and for sure in the future will buy another brand watch and thank you so much.     **************** is rude and unhelpful. I placed an order, it was marked as delivered but I did not receive it. When I reached out I was told the order had been delivered back to the warehouse, with no explanation, and they would either re-ship or refund me after it was inspected. I received communication a couple days later that I would be receiving a refund, less the shipping charges. Since this was not received due to no fault of mine (my address was correct), I would expect shipping charges to be refunded. When I reached out to customer service their stance was "this is not their fault" therefor they won't be refunding the charges. The representative was very rude and unprofessional, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Crooks and thives.I boght watch,tryed to return,they refused to accept,returned the watch to me and replaced titanium braslet by steel.I discovered after few years.

    Very bad customer service. They send defective goods. It is impossible to return money because they send money to Extend and the money can only be used to buy from them. I think it is a scam. I do not recommend anyone to order from them!
