PLEASE HELP! I ordered a specific office chair, "*****" which was made by *************************. I found a model that would accomodate my back pain I purchased it on7/ 22/23 @ sale price of $599.Received an email confirmation from "Office Chair at Work" detailing the chair features, and order #, and a **** days before delivery. On 8/4/23 Fed X delivered a dilapidated box with a TV sign on top, entire side of the box was open, torn , burst due to small size. Makeshift arm "protectors" with used post office bubble wrap, no tags on the chair, no invoice, no instructions , , small mud clumps and a broken back of chair!. The Fed EX delivery man, notified his supervisor about the broken box and asked if I wanted him to take it back for return. I didn't know what to do, as there was no included paperwork, just online confirmation of our purchase. The address on the box was : ************** ******************************************** My husband sent an email to the company, with the order number, and the description of the condition of chair and packing.They said they received our email, and that they would reply in 48 hours. There was no phone number for them, but their email was ********************************** The $599 credit card payment had already been cashed. I sent a detailed email to ********************************* and received a reply stating that they would contact me within 48 hours with detailed information about how to proceed. 48 hours have passed and noresponse. The chair arrived defective and impossible to assemble. I contacted them immediately, but got the total run around. They even suggested that I bend a metal piece of the chair myself instead of returning it. When I refused, they ignored multiple emails and calls even though their last email stated that they would send a return shipping label as soon as I forwarded a photo of the chair boxed ** in its original box. I did. In fact, I sent them multiple photos at their request. No response. You cannot get worse customer support than this. I literally have a worthless chair sitting in a huge box in my garage. I placed an order for a ************************* Aeron chair on 12/20/2022. On January 29, 2023 I followed up on the order as I had not received my chair. After receiving the chair, on March 13, 2023 I requested a return authorization as it was too small and didn't fit me correctly. Shortly thereafter I returned the chair. Attached is a delivery confirmation from **** I have not received a refund as of today, July 12, 2023. On March 25 and April 13 I followed up with emails asking when a refund would be issued. Hello I placed an order for an office chair early March through Office Chair @ Work's website and my credit card was charged $500 and received an email I'd get notification when it was shipping. I followed up with their support on March 27th inquiring about the chair, where support emailed me that the color I ordered was not available and shared a blue option. I went back and forth with support on products they could offer, which I was not interested and requested payment. I recently received an email that they issue re-payment via PayPal to my email ********************** which I do not have a paypal setup. I have continued to follow up asking for reimbursment to my Credit Card charged. I've left several emails and voicemails with support, being told they have a 24 hour response time and have continued to receive nothing. Not sure if the BBB can help with getting my refund, but this company should be investigated and flagged for the scam they are pulling. I ordered an office chair ash as pictured the companys description. I was charged $375 on 5/10/2023 and received a dark brown chair 2 weeks later. The chair had other mechanical issues and was not the color I *********************** said too bad and I said I wanted to return for a refund. Company sent me a prepaid label and said they would charge a restocking fee and I would receive a refund in 2 1/2 weeks of receipt. I tracked package and they received the chair on May 31. I contacted company on June 21, 2023 (3 weeks from date of receipt) to see where is my refund and have not received any response or a refund. I tried contacting them 3 more times and my emails and calls have gone unanswered. Its been 4 weeks since they received the returned chair and I have not received a refund or email or call. The chair I ordered was a ************************* and payed $499 on June 11,2023. They send a disgusting, broken chair that has pieces falling off of it. A ****************************** chair was ordered for me as a present. When the chair arrived the *** delivery person helped me lift it out of the box whereupon she discovered that a piece was broken off. She put it back in the box, took a photo and said that *** would ship it back for free because it was broken. The gift giver emailed a photo of the broken chair to the company. The company refused my returned chair and sent it back to me. (I discovered it was the same chair after it arrived and I took it out of the box.) Also the seat lifting mechanism was broken. The company made me put the chair back in the original box, send photos of the repackaged chair, wait for their mailing label, send the chair back and contact them when the returned chair had been delivered. In their instructions they said FLAG DOWN A *** TRUCK. I had to pay for a ***********. I am a senior citizen and the chair weighs 50 lbs. I couldn't bring the box to *** myself. I request a reimbursement for the $13.25 that I paid for the ***********.Customer Answer

My wife purchased a chair through seatingmind.com on December 1 2022 for $347.99 as a Christmas Gift (Order purchase #*****). The chair did not fit our desk and we returned it under their return policy within the timeframe they had designated. They received the returned chair on January 12. We had not received the refund by Jan *************************************************************************************************************** 14 days. On April 22 we had still not received the refund and contacted them again. They indicated it seems the refund did not go through the first time I issued it and it should come through in 3-4 business days. I reached out again on April 30 when it still hadnt been received. I also asked for someone to call me and tried calling them but only got a recorded message telling me to contact them by e-mail. This time they asked for our PayPal address. On May ******************************************************************** PayPal and I told them that if we didnt receive it within a week I would contact Better Business Bureau. I heard no reply after that and I am now following up to see if someone can help us get repaid.Customer Answer

I ordered a chair on 2/11 and was charged almost $797.00 for the chair. At the time of purchase, I was told that the chair would be delivered within **** business days. The company continuously delayed shipment. I never received the chair. I cancelled the chair on 3/11 and received confirmation of the cancellation on 3/12 with a notification that my money would be refunded within 14 business days. I never received a refund. I have called and emailed the company multiple times with no response.
