      I returned some items in store that were purchased online was told I could only recieve store credit was given a reciept with barcode for the credit the worker taped the reciept told me it would protect the code instead wiped the entire code away. I contacted customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do without my reciept for returns. I asked them if they could use my online reciept and see items returned they told me no. So I basically lost my money because customer service doesn't care about their customers experience.

      I went into the store to purchase an item, at the location I went to the fitting room was unavailable. I was unaware of the return policy, so I asked the cashier what the return policy was before I make a purchase. The cash register assistant informed me that all returns had to be submitted Within seven days to receive a full refund with the tag attached and the original receipt. I was also told if I pay with a debit card I will receive cash back. In this instance I paid with Apple Pay. I purchased an item on Saturday and tried to return it Wednesday. when I got to the store after trying that item on at home and seeing I couldnt fit it I was told I cannot get a refund due to me using Apple Pay for payment and not having a physical card . I am very unhappy with the situation at hand. I was informed to look over the return policy by the cash register assistant. after I looked over the policy I informed her that It did not mention anything about payments using Apple Pay. I feel rainbow is stealing my money, considering the fitting room was closed and I had no option other than to purchase the item take it home and try it on to see if I can fit it. Now Im being told I can only get a store credit which I do not want. I would like a full refund considering I do not frequently shop here. It is not disclosed to customers that Apple Pay payments will not receive a refund if the card is not available, nor does it say this online on your return policy or in store.

      I came to return clothing that was $26.58 I had the receipt the tags were still on but they said I couldnt get a refund because I didnt have the physical card I paid Apple Pay with my debt card so she put it on store credit instead of asking me if thats what I wanted and then proceeded to tell me if I go get the card she can do it then told me after because she put it through as store credit already she cant do it anymore and I said to her thats not what I wanted and you did it with out even asking if thats what I wanted to do called cooperate like they told me cooperate like they said cooperate then told me they need to call computer they did that then they told the workers to call the audit line so they called their district manager and their manager told them no so now Im stuck with store credit that I never even wanted

      I placed a big order from rainbow clothing store online 3 times at once. But two of the times was by accident. I returned the two accidental purchases of clothes by ********** been 2 months and Rainbow is refusing to give me my refund. I tracked the order on ******** said it was delivered, so whats the hold up? I dont know what else to do. They owe me $280 n I still havent gotten it yet.

      On June 9 2023 I purchased some items from Rainbow in *************** in the mall. The fep forgot the ink tag on one of the items. I was not aware of this for a week. I live in ******** where it is no rainbows in my city. I called the location several times no answer. So I called the *********** and was transferred to customer service the woman said I can go to the nearest rainbow to have the tag taken off. I live in ******** not an option. Offered a 10 e gift card to shop online. Uhm. Not an option I am spending money for shipping. No not am option. She passed me to the district manager. She calls offers 20 gift card saying I can keep the item. And that's giving me my money back. No its not. I didn't give the money in a gift card at this point I want my money back. You can have your 10 clothes back but this company wants me to go thru hoops over something their store messed up on. Why didn't the alarm go off when I walked out of the store. As the customer why do I have to do everything just refund me my money so I can go on. There is not a rainbow in my city so I don't have to worry about losing business. I want my money back not a gift card that I will not use. Refund my money. The district manager hung up the phone in my face when she was claiming to give me the number of the regional manager. She never called back. She hung up on purpose. But rainbow say they strive on customer service..I have yet to receive that customer service

      The woman that called had no clue as to what was going on. Again offered me a gift card to a store I can not shop in since I don't live in the state. The gift card doesn't even cover shipping that I would have to pay or the tax. Rainbow made a mistake and they seem to not want to take responsibility. I do not live in the state. Refund my money back. I ask for the regional manager but she/he has not returned my call. The district manager hung ** in my face. It seems they don't have customer service skills or common sense. I don't live in the state.

      Hello. A gift card was offered for the item with the sensor.  We can also provide you with a free shipping code that will cover the cost of your shipping fees if you shop online. We don't have a way to process a refund with out you returning to the store,

      I ordered clothes from the online store & about a week later I get a notification that my package had been delivered 2 days earlier I was never notified that it shipped or was out for delivery & again when I got the notification that it had been delivered I tracked it because it hadnt been delivered & it said it was delivered 2 days prior I called the ************ decided they wasnt gonna resend my products or issue me a refund they claim it was delivered but I never received the ************ was over $400 worth of *********** received NOTHING!

      I Ordered Some Boots, Size 81/2 From Rainbow Shops And They Sent Me A Size 61/2. I Paid $7.99 For Shipping The Wrong Size Boots To Me. Rainbow Shops Told Me To Ship The Boots Back To Them And Put A Note Inside Stating That They Shipped Me The Wrong Size Boots And That Shipping Wouldn't Cost Me Anything(Didn't Really Know What That Meant). I, Instead To The Boots To One Of Their Stores. I Would Like Rainbow Shops To Give Me A Credit Or Gift Card For The $7.99.

      I purchased several children's outfits for my two kids, size 5-6 for my son and size ***** for my daughter. We have a trip coming up late April and these outfits would be perfect, or so I thought. I pulled one of the sweat suits for my son, the blue and black, tags still attached, taking it off the hangers I noticed the jacket is a 5-6 but the pants, attached underneath, is a size 4. I took it back and showed the cashier the error but because I had purchased it two months prior there was nothing she could do. It's not my fault that the wrong size was placed together. Still nothing they could do. I called CS, they said it was pass the thirty days allowed for returns even though I had the original receipt and the tags were still attached. I was told I should have checked to make sure I had the right size. Your manufacture pieced the outfit together with the wrong size, the quality control didn't catch it, packer didn't catch it, store employee didn't catch it when they brought it to the floor to sale but me, the customer should have caught what the entire organization didn't. So because I didn't catch the entire company's sizing error I am out of $20 and have an outfit my son can't wear. I asked CS to speak with a supervisor and was told it usually takes two days for them to respond. It has been three weeks and no one had called. While I was in the store trying to return that item I purchased several other items, still tagged, and with in the 30 days of eligibility to return. I lost $20 but this eligible return would cost them $$$$. And they will not have to worry about my money being spent on their store again.

      I made several different purchases over that week three to be exact, one for 270, another for 160 and my last transaction for 76 as you can see the amount went down each time because they were so rude and there was something off going on there. The only reason I went back is because youre not allowed to try anything on and would have to switch the item out if youre not happy with it, so, of course, I was very alarmed when I went back, and there was a sign on the door stating no refunds, or even exchanges but they were still selling & accepting money just fine I called corporate in corporate and formed me that if they were checking people out, they were able to do a refund or an exchange and that that is absolutely against their policy and that it sounds like they were just flat out refusing to do it told me I needed to call my bank and dispute the charge or go to a different rainbow. I should not have to go through all of this. I called on Friday put my complaint in and made it very very clear and even asked several times when a supervisor would be calling me back, but they did not put in for a supervisor to call me back so I called back & was told my complaint was put in, but not that part & that now a supervisor would be calling me back knowing that you cannot try clothes on and that people are going to be coming back and exchanging them having a policy in place about bags like a mini stores do would be normal. I was picked on and told I needed to leave my bag with my belongings at the front of the store with those people mind you it was just a small rainbow bag with my two pairs of shorts that I was returning. Also arent i on camera ? Im not comfortable leaving my belongings with you guys just like they obviously werent comfortable even though I had spent $500 just the past few days in their store? I know thats not what it was. I know it was just a further attempt to make me uncomfortable just like every other time I had been.
