      I purchased 26 items for $296.56 . My order is stating that it could not be delivered due to an"Incorrect address " . I called in and spoke with someone who advised that they updated my address and that my order will arrive in 2 days . i waited the two days nothing. I call back and get this lady "*******" who advised that its because of the address after advising her that someone told me they were getting the address updated she said its nothing she can do i would have to wait until they receive the package "which is stating is still in ******** **". I asked for a supervisor and someone called me back sounded like the same person with the most ridiculously nasty attitude iv ever heard from a "supervisor " named ***** would not give me a last initial or location. She did not listen to anything i said and got the nerve to have an attitude with me.... The paying customer? Honestly i would rather get a refund and not deal with rainbow gain and iv spent plenty of money with this company. Just disappointing to say the least . please give me my refund before we have to go to court !!!!

At the end of the trace if ***** has still not delivered or is unable to located your package we will refund you in full for the package.

      Hello. We are so sorry that you did not receive your package. The package was returned to our warehouse because ***** was unable to deliver the package to you. There was a refund processed on 5/8/2023 but due to the chargeback you filed with your bank our system rejected the refund transaction. The chargeback was accepted so you should be receiving a refund from your bank, if you haven't already. Again, we are so sorry for the experience you had with your online order.

      I made a purchase on March 21, 2023 order number ******* I got an email that my package was delivered but I never received it. I had reached out to them but I asked my neighbors if they got my package by mistake they said no so emailed rainbow they told me they would need to investigate this and reach back out to me April 24,2023 no one reached out I called a representative stated they never got a response from carrier someone will give me a call withing 24 to 48 hours a supervisor called me told me stated they item was delivered and that was it I asked so I am out of money and my order she had no resolution. So I am reaching out to you because I paid money for a order I never received. At this time I would like to be refunded as they did not care I never received an order I paid for

      Hello, ********* tracking number ************ associated with your package shows that your package was delivered on Thursday, 3/23/2023 to the address on your order. ***** has a photo showing that the package was delivered to your address. If you have not received your package and feel that it was stolen from your property, please contact your local police department and report your package as stolen. We are not able to refund you since your tracking is showing that your package was delivered correctly.

      I was told to reach out to the carrier and I have done so. I feel they should be help particularly at fault they should require a signature before just dropping off a package. I will never order from you guys again because you are fine with taking a customer money but do not care if they receive there items

      A dress I bought in-store : ******************************************************* was damaged and the manager a lady decided to sell it to me full price. I dont think thats the best way to go about business,

      I had gotten a text notification from Rainbow Shops on 2/11 @2:40pm that my package was delivered to my address via ****** I went to the door immediately and there was nothing there. I received another notification from ********:54pm, there was a picture along with the notification of the package on my front steps. I went to the door, nothing was there. I reached out to Rainbow shops and I was told that it was delivered and they sent the picture. The package was never delivered. Rainbow told me to wait a day, I waited two. I reached out again and the refused to resend my items or give me a refund. After awhile, customer services stopped responding.

      I returned 3 pairs of boots and only received refund for two pairs. The ***** tracking confirms all 3 were sent back to the warehouse. I have contacted Rainbow shops several times regarding this and I have only received refund and confirmation for the two pairs. The boots in question that were not refunded were the black patent leather zip booties. These boots were delivered to me I wore them one day and by the time I was walking to my car to leave work the ENTIRE sole was hanging half way off. The boots were split in half. I called and was told to return the boots using the ***** label that was in my package. I asked about sending the other two which i didnt like the fit. I was told yes you can send them all back or return in store. I went to ***** on March 4th and returned all 3 pairs. 2 pairs were able to be shipped in a box together thats the two i did receive the refund for. The one pair that was broken was sent separately in the original plastic packaging it came in. I checked the tracking and ***** confirms they received both packages containing the 3 pairs of shoes. However its 3/31/2023 and I still haven't received the refund for the 3 rd pair.

      I paid for items that didnt arrived and when I placed a claim they said they are not responsible for the missing items and will not refund my money. The order was partially delivered.

      I bought a bra because the listed size but once I tried it on at home it was the wrong size. The listed size on the bra did not correspond to its true size. The next day when I came in for an exchange, they did not allow me to get one even though I came not even 24 hours later. I read the policy and it said nothing about no exchanges allowed. This establishment baffles me as they have the wrong size listed for their clothing and have no fitting rooms. No help or solutions were given.

      I ordered *************************** from this site December 6, 2022. I have been in contact with them about not receiving my order and they keep sending me tracking numbers but the items never ship. I have asked for a refund several times and all they do is send me a new tracking number. I would like a FULL refund.

      I went to the store to purchase some items, I was not giving a receipt nor was it told to me that without an receipt no exchange or refund. Apparently, the item did not fit and the receipt was misplaced so I went back to the store for a refund and they refused to give me one. So I ask for an exchange and they refuse to give me one. I did advise can they accept my bank statement showing proof of purchase and they refused to accept it. Now i have an item that can not be used and I have lost out on my money. I want them to refund me back my money.
