    I ordered 4 Dr. ******** creams totaling in 150$. Two weeks later (today) i received a box with one clinique cream and one eye lash curler (neither of which i ordered). The shipping confirmation slip inside the box had the 4 Dr. ******** creams listed as though they were inside the box shipped to me. Their customer service is not responding via phone call (was on hold for 30 mins) and their email is stating that my order shipped and that whatever I received today is the order. I want my money back, i cannot believe they are operational. I am putting a hold on my credit card for the charge as fraudulent. Not only is what i received not what i ordered AT ALL, but it also probably totals to $20, and not the $150 charged.

    The prices are great. I however chose 3-5 days shipping. Its now day 6 and my package was just shipped off. Im taken aback by this. *** tried to contact them as well as bettertrucks who they shipped with because Id need the order by the 14th for my trip to ******* as it is a gift. With no luck. Theyre almost impossible to reach on any mediums.

    To give a review, one is the lowest number of stars to accept one and as mentioned in another review so you should be able to give a zero. The purchasing site showed cost in ******** dollars and then charged USD when billing to my credit card. There is absolutely no mention you will be charged in USD so is misleading. ** ******, knowingly doing this is called False Pretences, and the penalties both Summary conviction and Indictable are under the Fraud Section of the ****** Criminal Code. The **************** is a absolute joke and send back nonsensical responses that are obviously preprepared and generic but do not fit the situation so are self serving for them. I highly recommend that anyone having this same situation occur to them to report it to The ******** ************ which is located in ******* but can be contacted by email and the address, etc can be easily Googled.

    I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. The perfume is great. The customer service and shipping part stinks! This is the 2nd time I placed an order and the lot # to my home didn't appear. First time was around Christmas, over a year ago, and I saw where the package was sent back. I contacted them and asked if they could resend it since it was a gift. Told them they could charge me for shipping. Instead, once they got it back they refunded the money and ignored my request to resend. This time I ordered on a Friday evening. Once the order was placed, I saw that the lot # was missing again. I immediately emailed them since they were closed. I received a reply Monday afternoon saying that the order was processed and nothing they can do. Here it is on Tuesday, the order hasn't shipped and there is still nothing they can do. You mean to tell me, no one can contact the warehouse and ask them to write the lot # on there??? I have tried calling. So far I've been on hold 25 minutes (still counting!!). NO ONE WILL ANSWER!!! This is the last time I order from them. There are other places that are comparative in value.

    I placed my order in the evening on 2/8/2023. I paid extra for faster delivery, 2-3 days. On 2/13 I called them, had to wait on hold for a half hour before anyone answered. Come to find out that paying extra for faster delivery doesn't guarantee you'll receive it in that time. What?! Makes no sense. The status on the order has not been updated since the 10th and it is now 2:51 in the afternoon and I don't know anymore about my order than the day I placed it. I'm sorry I ordered from here. Won't make that mistake again. Really disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

    I've been waiting for my colognes to go on sale locally and came across fragrancesnet. Found some great prices with deep discounts so i thought I'd give it a try. Then my spouse found some pretty bad experiences on BBB, which kind of spooked me... Nevertheless my two bottles arrived in two weeks from *******. Costed me like $90 for the two 125ml bottles, which would have been over $250 locally bought. I'd definitely use fragrancenet again. Thinking about signing up for their monthly prescription to discover new scents.

    Seller want to extra to shipping to *** . Which is .Then wont honor discounts price because customer to charge more items . Offers free shipping to *** but wants but wants to pay more shipping buy charging more item cart . Report for fraud .

    I placed an order 1/8/2023, 2 days ago. After I submitted the order, I realized I had ordered the wrong fragrance. I called them immediately but they were closed since it was Sunday. I tried calling many time for 2 days and their phone system is down. I have emailed several times, but they do not respond. I wanted to see what I could do. Did I need to cancel and reorder, or could they make the change on their end. Today I received an email that my order has shipped. Their return policy on their website only mentions how to return a product that was purchased in a store. I did not see any mention on how to return the online purchase. I fear I may be stuck with a product I do not want, or return it, and possibly not receive my refund.

    Right after I placed my first order with Fragrance I realize I had order the wrong item. After some research I was able to find a phone number. Called a total of 6 times. Each time I had to listen to their recording of them constantly repeat their website address, and wanting everyone to go that route. Very annoying. Finally, was told to hit a number to talk to a rep. I hit the number and another recording came on to say the system has an error 21 and to call back later. I would call back and same thing would happen. Today I also tried to call but this time it said to call during business hours. Well, it was 1:00 pm, in the middle of their business day and they still wouldn't answer the phone. As I was calling I also sent 3 emails, I wrote of the situation, and of course, no response until just a little while ago. The email said it was too late!! If they would answer their phone or answer my emails on the day I first tried to contact them, this would never have happened. Then the email went on to tell me to go to their website (of course) to return the items once I reveive them. At that point I will need to pay another shipping charge. What kind of scam is this? It's frustrating when you ordered an item and find out there is no customer service. You're on your own. They repeat over and over to go to their website...good luck trying to figure that out. What a horrible and dysfunctional company. They care nothing about the customer, they just want your money! I AM WRITING THIS TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!
