    Hello everyone,I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of items, and after processing my payment, they canceled the order. I wasted nearly a week choosing products, and they have been completely unresponsive and havent even bothered to call me back. As someone whose reviews matters in social media, I know how important honest feedback is. Dont waste your time here.

    Transparency is very important. Having someone pay for an upgrade to get faster shipping and then to be told that standard shipping and the upgrade both still can take up to 7 days to deliver is terrible. Then in the same breathe to say we are working on trying to fix that issue is a slap in the face. I recommend that you get clear cut information before ordering from them.

    Very bad experience. It was stated that the shipment had delivered but I did not receive anything. The shipping company was contacted and they stated that they did not received the shipment by the number which l receive it. Also, it is not possible to contact the company by phone or email. I firmly believe that it is a fake company.

    On July 25 2024 I ordered two colognes totaling ****** I wanted them delivered in a timely matter. They were a gift for a family member when I received the package and got the notification that it was outside, when I opened it the package was empty. There was nothing inside. I complained to the company and they issued me a new shipment, the company they use is ONTRAC , The package was supposed to be redelivered re-ordered on 7 August. Never got the package. May I remind you this was the second order that was replacing my first order was an empty package. on August 19. I checked the on website and it said undeliverable check back with fragrancenet.com they issued me a refund but will not be using this company ever again. Something fraudulent is going on. It doesnt make sense to me. How ONTRAC LOST THE PACKAGE TWICE. Save the hassle and just buy product somewhere else.

    I ordered for the first time from FragranceNet.com and will not ever order from this online company ever again. The delivery company that FragranceNet.com uses to deliver their completed orders is absolutely pitiful. The company's name is OnTrac and they said they delivered my order at 12 Midnight on 8/8/24 but when I went outside in the morning to look for the package, it couldn't be found anywhere on the property. One of the people who commented on the company OnTrac said they delivered the package but the customer couldn't find the package anywhere on their property much like my situation. I have asked for a credit to be issued to the credit card I used to place the order. **************** said the credit should appear on my credit card in 7-10 business days. Let's see if they are true to their word. I will be back on this BBB website if a credit is or is not issued in the time frame stated by the **************** Rep of **********************. I will never ever order from this company again. Save yourself the inconvenience and aggravation. Stay as far away from this company as possible.Dr. ***

    I just experienced the most humiliating and upsetting situation with FragranceNet.com. Back in November ************************************************************************************************** a return label and I immediately mailed them back to them. Weeks went by and I never received a credit and they told me that they never received the package. I of course, was forced to put in a dispute with my credit card company as these items were returned to them and after they left my hands, I had no responsibility after that point because of that dispute they told me I cannot order anything from them for 18 months. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 25 years and they treated me like dirt , the woman on the phone was so obnoxious and so condescending. Ive never been treated like that as a customer of any major business let alone one that Ive been dealing with for this many years.

    They sold me a fake bottle of Juicy. The bottle did not look like as photos. I wrote them and offered to send comparison pics. They didnt want them. Told me to send it back. They didnt act surprised or apologetic. They said they couldnt send a new bottle. I got a partial refund. Very sketchy company that should be investigated. I wish Id checked these reviews first cuz Im not the only one.

    tried to contact business regarding perfume product that was defective. Tried to contact by phone and apparently no one was available to answer the phone on numerous occasions.
