    They sell fake Parfum! Very disappointed and bad experience. The prices are high to trust items are authentic , however, they just make money selling counterfeit.

    Terrible customer care . Phone ring and music on hold forever Ordered a few items never arrived company didnt had apartment number so item was returned back calling them is a waste of time they just leave you on hold forever.. email same problem told them 3 times to re ship items adding the apartment number but no help .. waiting to receive full refund.. hopefully.. not a good company to buy from

    Poor customer service. Although their perfume price is lower than that of an official brand website, you can't find anyone if you have a problem with your order. ****** learned. I would buy from the official brand website in the future.

    The customer service is awful. You can't reach anyone. The courier doesn't update the system. I have been waiting for 7 days and still do have information about the purchase I made.

    I don't think their perfume is very legit. I haven't had very good luck so far with the perfumes I have ordered from there. They are weak and don't last. On top of that customer service isn't great. I had been emailing back and forth over the course of a couple of weeks and asked about the return policy as it wasn't clear on their website about fragrances. I asked to return my order and they sent me a return label. Never mentioned anything about the amount being deducted from my return. I just got notified of my refund the other day and realized I was shorted. I of course reach out asking about this and they THEN decide to tell me that I had to cover the shipping cost. I could have returned my order for free through my work if I would have known this. This should have been disclosed in my several emails with customer service!

    Extreme poor customer service. The rep I spoke with was reading from a script as she repeated the exact same sentence, word from word, six times! I asked for a supervisor and was told they they were not available and she would send in a callback ticket. I also emailed 3 times with no response. I paid the extra money to get something next business day shipping. They claimed OnTrac is responsible for this purchase now as it has left their warehouse. They should not offer next day shipping and have guaranteed typed beside if it is not true. I would avoid using this company because of their customer service and lack of upholding a guarantee.

    Poor customer service. They sent me the wrong fragrance from what I ordered and have refused to give me a refund for shipping expenses. When I tried to escalate this to a supervisor, they said I couldnt speak to someone directly and that a ticket needed to be submitted. I have waited three business days and have not been contacted.

    Well I think there is room for improvement everyone just needs to have a employee meeting and let them come up with some ideas to make this right for the customers because that's the most important part to your business...0 Remember the customers first and for most ....

    Fragrancenet.com has the WORST RETURN POLICY and CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought an expensive perfume, ***************************** Atlantide on 1/4/24. I received the product on 1/8/24 via ***** The package had signs of issues when received partially wet, due to the fragility of this product, a more careful shipping mode should've been considered. I received an authorization of return and headed to the nearest post office according to the **** label. It's now 3/12/24, and I'm continually prompted to make payment when I clearly took all the instructed steps to return this product. Through numerous of calls and no resolution, the agent tells me to call AFFIRM and tell them to STOP PAYMENT! Clearly not takes much more than that...like a CANCELATION EMAIL! But they refused to give me one despite the authorization of return and said they couldn't locate the item. So....I contacted my relative who is the Post Master for that location to track the item. Come to find out, a returns agent intercepted the return on 1/18/24 at the main post office here in ******. Now, I'm still asked to pay for the item, their agent pickup the return and now they can't authorize the final refund. SEEMS VERY SUSPICIOUS!!!!!

    Terrible customer service I placed an order I bought 2 fragrances and both came damaged, one of the was only the box that was damaged, but the other one came leaking, I didnt mind about the damaged box but I reached to customer service about the leaking one, at the time I agreed to send it back for a refund, what I didnt count on is that carriers wont take a leaking product to not compromise other packages, fregrancenet customer service wont understand this and makes me feel like its my fault to get a damaged product and its my responsibility to get this product to them no matter how or what, they seem to not understand the situation. So now Im stuck with a defective item
