    Very bad customer service. I have not received my refund for the return order. I placed another with them and it came missing order. I tried to contact their customers services line but no luck of talking to anyone. Please be aware of this place and dont buy anything from them. Theyve been robbing customers since 1997.

    I've been buying from this website for many years now and never had to return anything until last November 2023. It's halfway through the new year I have not yet received my refund. I've contacted their customer service multiple times and I get the same answers over and over "We have not received your return". Will never order from them again. I will also be filing a complaint against them to receive my refund they owe me.

    I ordered *********************** moisturizer from Fragrancenet.com for around $60, $30 off their "listed" price. I should have known better. My item was received with no plastic wrap around the actual box and the inside foil had been torn back and 1/3 of the product was missing. I believe they are buying used/damaged/returned items from retailers then reselling them. This is dangerous and unsanitary. I contacted customer service the next day and they advised I would need to mail the product back to them and wait for a refund. Absolutely not! You charged me your full price for a used and damaged item. I am not about to take my time to mail it back to you and wait for a refund! Avoid this company at all costs!

    I paid $300 for cologne creed for best cologne it doesnt smell at all even I was buying fake thats smell even people asking whats your ******* what I buy from this side unfortunately even I cant smell it Im really disappointed

    Order got damaged in transit.Contacted customer service. They said I would receive the refund once item got back to warehouse.Already a month and nothing.Nobody answers the ***************** phone number.They stole my money!

    I bought my girlfriend a bottle of perfume and when I received my order it was the wrong brand and I looked it up and it is cheaper. Ive called and called and called and called no answer. I sent emails they just send a return label. I dont want a return label I want to talk to someone because Im not stupid Ill send what they sent me and theyll say thats not what I ordered. EXACTLY it is what they sent. I want what I ordered I ordered D& G Light Blue and they sent me Peace and Love Juicy Couture. Finally I gave a review all of a sudden they responded saying I will be contacted by an employee about what to do. Well theres a window for returns and its been 2 weeks since and I still havent received an email. The company doesnt send right item and you cant get any response of any type. The company doesnt care they take your money and if you get anything youre lucky and really lucky if its what you order. Very poor customer service.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Attempted to purchase an item on site, cash app payment went through but on site received an error code so didnt receive an ORDER #, emailed customer service MULTIPLE times, only to go round & round with them even after sending them the snapshots of the cash app ************ deduction from my bank account. They insisted they HAD to have an ORDER #. I called & waited on hold for 45 minutes, asked for a manager, of course, non available, only to be told the SAME ********* needed to call CASH APP!! WTH was cash app going to do when it was their site throwing the error code? NEVER AGAIN!!! ****** LEARNED, you get what you pay for, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER CARE

    One of my cologne bottles arrived with a broken sprayer and half of the contents had leaked out. Tried calling but calls we're either dropped or I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Emailed them twice to both addresses they provided with no response. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never buy from them again.

    This company is horrible! I wish I had seen the reviews before placing my order. You can't get in touch with them at all via phone...so why have a phone number when every selection you choose says invalid.... WTF! Make it make sense.
