    I ordered Creed Aventus for my husbands birthday. I paid almost $900 on this bottle of parfum. The picture on the website DOES NOT even match the actual bottle they sent! When he opened the box. Not only was the bottle leaking all inside the box. The little creed insignia on the top of the cap fell off!! This is not what I was expecting from such an expensive product! Not happy at all!Completely FAKE!!

    I placed an order September 25. Was never given a confirmation number. Finally came in October 3. Opened the package and it is a fake. The smell is absolutely horrible and sickening. Ive been trying to get ahold of customer services by email and phone for 3 days with no luck. Do not order from this site because it is a scam.

    I received tracking confirmation yesterday that my order was undeliverable because items ordered were damaged. I emailed FragranceNet.com to let them know I want a full refund. This morning I called the customer service number that is shown on the website and I was on hold for 41 minutes. I will be calling my bank next to make sure I get my money back and I will let everyone I know not to ever order anything from this company because it is a scam!!!!!! I hate that I am forced to leave a star!!!! FragranceNet.com deserves negative 5 stars!!!!!

    This company should be SHUT DOWN IN EVERY STATE/ COUNTRY FOR GOOD. Placed my simple order over 3 weeks ago and they took my money but still no product. Reached out to there so-called support team via phone/ email and the reply email is auto-generated with the same **BS** attached message. I will dispute this order with my bank and report the company as fraud.

    I HAVE *****ED FROM THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO PROBLEMS. I TRIED TO PLACE AN ***** LAST THURS 8/17/23, WOULD NOT GO THRU AND GOT NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION. I PLACED THE ***** THE NEXT DAY 8/18/23 WITH NO PROBLEM. ***** WENT THRU AND I GOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH ***** #. I CALLED MY CRE43SDIT CARD TO MAKE SURE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT, AND I FOUND OUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE! I EMAILED TO CANCEL THE *****, WHICH WHEN THEY EMAILED BACK THEY SAID IT WAS TO LATE. I TRIED TO CALL BUT NO ANSWER. WILL TRY AGAIN TODAY. I WANT MY CARD REFUNDED I WILL ***** SOMEWHERE ELSE.
