    I received my order: Coach Floral 3 oz. From Fragrance. Net. This item in my order arrived damaged. 1. The perfume bottle sprayer top is crooked and Im unable to use the item;2. The perfume contents was leaking inside packaging. 3. Emailed Fragrance.net with no response after 48 hours. 4. Called Fragrance. net - No representative answered. I AM WRITING THIS TO WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A NIGHTMARE!

    My order was sent to the delivery company (that is the first time that I hear about) and the keep saying that they received the information but not the products, I keep trying to contact them and no answer it is being a while and no products, no answers but they charge my bank soon I put the order

    Sold me a counterfeit bottle of cologne. I have proof of the bottle being counterfeit and was verified. Every time I try to tell the internet they send their goons to take my posts down on Reddit and other forums. They are one of the shadiest gray area market suppliers on the market. Stay away!

    I cancelled an order and I received a confirmation. Then, I received an email that my Oder shipped. I called and received a message that they were closed and would be open in two days. I called two days later and the phone would just hang up. If you call to cancel or return your order, they will never answer or just hang up on you.

    I used my Paypal verified address to buy a perfume for my Moms bday. They claimed it was a bad address, and after waiting 45 mins for someone to answer, they placed another order, same bad address. *** never had one problem with mail delivery in 4 years. Its a paypal verified address. To make matters worse they said I would have to wait 3 weeks for a refund. I emailed their incompetent customer service reps who never left their names or let me speak to a supervisor. They denied giving me a refund. Who wants to wait 3 weeks for the bday that has came and went. This is the worst customer service Ive experienced in a while, I wouldnt recommend this company to my enemy.

    I placed my order on 7/12 every time I check shipping it says pending. It is now 7/23 and its still not giving me any expected delivery. I contacted the delivery service they are using twice and no response. I also contacted the company and they said it take 2-5 days because of the shipping I selected. Well its been more than 2-5 and my order is still not reflecting any movement FROM GEORGIA to **! I will never order from this company again!

    **************** is trash I spent $500 June 29 on 2 bottles of cologne it was supposed to deliver July 7th I missed the delivery due to be me having work at 4am I called multiple times emailed and today when my package is out for delivery it never came I check my tracking and all of a sudden its getting returned after they held it for over the weekend never got back to any of my calls emails or ect I want my refund I paid with ****** and Im waiting for them now because this is ridiculous Ill never support them again I should have seen this company was bull s*** when they used a shipping company called on trac not ***** or any other shippers

    I received a fake Escentric Molecules 01. The color had a yellow tinge to it and the smell was really off. The dry down smelled like urine and it was hard to remove that smell even with alcohol. So disgusted.
