      I placed an order in September 2021. I understood at the time that some of my items were not in stock yet, and with the pandemic it would be delayed. In April 2022, I contacted them to state that according to my order status, part of my order was ready and I was unsure why it hadn't shipped. They stated that until all items were available, they wouldn't be able to ship the order. They agreed to split my order, but charged me for the shipping on the new order (I had ordered enough to get free shipping initially, as some were gifts). July 2022 I reached out to them expressing my frustration that I STILL hadn't received two items from my order. The only option I was given, was "A refund back to your original form of payment less a 25% cancellation fee" or to receive 100% store credit. It is now April 2023 and my order no longer shows up on the "order status" and I still don't have the two items I PRE-ORDERED in 2021. I have been extremely patient, and when I have reached out to customer service, I have tried to be polite, as I know it isn't the ** rep's ****** However, this is unacceptable and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

      Same complaint as all the rest! I placed an order March 2022, and still havent received my merchandise! I also paid upfront. I tried emailing several times getting the same generic pandemic reply message. This place is a HUGE fraud!! Buyer beware! DO NOT spend your money here!!

      I placed an order 5/21/22 and still constantly check the status as it was suppose to be delivered in October. My orders keep getting pushed back even though some funko pops have arrived in the warehouse. Now just checking my order Id nothing appears beside the Covid message saying there are delays out of their control. I have tried to contact costumer support and received an automated email stating due to high demands customer service is unmonitored for the next 30 days. At this point I know I was scammed out of my money. I see the products I pre ordered on shelves of other stores. I really hope this business gets shut down.

      I placed an order in 11/20/20. Every time I checked the website they would keep pushing back the date. Today I looked it up and they canceled my order about a week ago without any notice (I haven't received an email about this). And nothing about refunding me for my items either. They don't even deserve 1 star.

      This company is terrible! I ordered my ******************* funko pop in October of 2022. I never received it! Now my order is some how canceled and I was never notified. I still havent even received my refund. I never even canceled my order. I cant get ahold of anyone in customer support either. Dont ever shop from this company. Its terrible. Terrible customer service too!! They just take your money.

      I just checked again on orders i prepaid on in Dec 2021,that u paid through the **** App,it saud i canceled all my orders and were refunded a Dollar a item on a Card i haven't had for over a year, One if my orders was over $47 alone,u did not cancel these orders, I would love to file a class action lawsuit but it takes at least 20 people to have it move forward,this Company is a scam

      I have made several hundred dollars on pre orders and have been waiting for over a year and a half. I cant even request a refund because no customer service is ever given at all. interactions are done with automated messages that dont give any useful information. Orders keep getting back ordered and refunds are not allowed after the first 24 hours. Money is taken immediately wven when the ***** doesnt have the item in stock. I will NEVER do business with big apple again.

      Seriously bad customer service. I pre-ordered a pop figure in May of 2022 and as of March 2023 I still have not received it.

      This company took money for pre-orders and only partially fulfilled them. No communication at all. Then they canceled the rest of our order with no notice and no refund, which to my knowledge is theft. They've closed their customer service and shut off the comments on their social media accounts. I assume they know full well that they are stealing from customers while still collecting money for products they don't intend to send.

      It's over a year now have not received purchased items, no response to email now since it's over a year can't get my money back from credit card company used. Worse experience I've ever had. I've had two orders close to $200 each one order came after a year and half was missing items couldn't get a hold of them. Useless and lost out on money.
