      Let's see, I've been awaiting 2 orders for a LONG time now. I placed one order 10/30/2020 and the other 03/25/2021. All the items I ordered have been available from other venders forever. I get the Covid delay initially, but this place is pathetic. June 2022 they told me the usual excuse of Funko being at fault for the delay. Now, March 2023, they are only replying to emails via automated response. I highly doubt ***** has been holding on to Pops released in December 2020 and failing to ship it to this company. One star is way too high for this place!

      I will never order from this company again. It has been nearly a year since I made a pre-order for an item and still nothing. There has been no communication or updates and Ive been receiving automated replies about the holidays causing a back up for months now. Might as well just give your money to Amazon at least they ship what you buy and refund you if they dont.

      Received 2 separate orders, both missing pops supposedly included in the shipment. Tried emailing Big Apple several times, requesting replacements of the missing merch or a refund, but customer service is non-responsive. Going to file a complaint with the BBB, which about all I can do at this point, but buyer beware.

      Waiting over 2 years for a preorder. Its been so long that the CC used is no longer good so they wouldn't even be able to give a refund... if we could even get someone to answer.

      Ordered $156 worth of merch in feburary of 2022! still havent recieved it. No one responds, social media is all but inactive, but glad the *** just donated $94,000 worth of product to a charity, that helps all of the people that paid money waiting for their products to be delivered right? pretty sure everyones orders in that so he can skate by. -1000/5 stars. Buy your stuff from smaller shops like *********, *********, or ************ who actually fufill their orders and pre-orders smh

      I have had an order pending for literally 2 years. Their "tracking tool" continually shows that my items will be in stock, but the company instead insists that they have not been stocked. Unsurprisinly, many other distributors have fulfilled other orders for the same items, but at this point I would have to pay 4x the ***** There is clearly something very wrong with how this company is doing business.

      Placed 2 orders with them. I should have learned from the first time. My first order (pre-order) took over a year to get. My second order was clearance items that were in stock. It was over a month and they never shipped. Pre-order/in stock…don’t waist your time or money. If you decide to take a gamble and place an order, please use an ****.

      It has no been 18 months since I paid for 2 Funko ********* was a pre-order so I understand it would take longer but 18 months? Other sites have them in stock, but why should I let these people take my money without fulfilling their word. I would be extremely cautious wi5h this site or avoid it completely. Customer service is an auto message passing the blame to *****. Never have had so much trouble with a business.

      Worst company ever! Ordered items almost 2 years ago! My order was finally sent out for delivery just to arrive incomplete. Reached out to their customer service numerous times with no reply. Most horrible company Ive dealt with. They dont care at all about their customers or their business reputation. Stay clear of this company!

      I ordered over $100 worth of stuff in September 2021. Apparently they are still waiting on one Funko to arrive that has been in stores for months!!! They keep pushing back the estimated arriving date. As of now it is March 3rd!! I will probably never receive any of the order!! Stay away from this company!!
