      I bought a ******* for a synthetic blend oil change, but the Mr. Tire rep said I needed the full synthetic oil for my 2017 ***** ***** with 21,000 miles on it. I originally paid ******* $32 for the blend, the full synthetic would have been $70 with a *******. So, what the Mr. Tire rep did was charge me what the full synthetic cost would be through ******* = $76.17 (with tax). That meant that I paid over $106 total when the charge from Mr. Tire is added to the cost of the *******. Such a deal!!
      Had I known my car needed the full synthetic oil, I would have just bought the correct ******* for the Mr. Tire oil change. By the time the Mr. Tire figured out my charge, my car was already on the rack and it was too late to stop the oil change.

      I took my car for smoking brakes and pulling to the right. They kept it for 3 days , and when i got it back it still had smoking brakes and pulled to the right . They had replaced my disks and pads and one caliper . So I went back and they then told me it was an alignment issue . so they then charged me for that . Now it was over $1000.00.
      No surprise that I STILL had smoking brakes and pulling to the right . I decided to go to the dealer and they told me that the issue was only the hose preventing the caliper from releasing , but still had to replace the pad and turn the rotors that had just been replaced 3 weeks prior .
      It's now fixed .

      Fraudsters. Refuse to call answer phone or call back. Asked to file a claim because of damages done by their technicians and they hung up on me multiple times and won’t call back

      I went there personally because I needed a new brakes. I do a lot of door dashing. James was very respectful at the front desk. Not sure who took care of my car but after the day they put the new brakes in they have my car overnight after I drove it off the lot, I start doing my door dashing, and my right side and left side started to make whistling noises and my left side start to make rubbing noises. It happened after I start driving for a while. When I took it back, it wasn’t making noises. It’s on and off so the noises Come and go they told me since they didn’t hear anything. I would have to bring it back when I hear something. They could’ve at least take the tires off inspect the brakes Which they did not do. Now I’m taking my car to ********* Automotive and I’m being charged $60 which is not that bad to see what the squeaking noises are. I shouldn’t be paying anything more than what I was supposed to pay at this place. I don’t trust people working on my car there because after you get new brakes, your brakes should not be making any noises This is the first time I’ve ever got new brakes and heard noises after.. I’m usually a person that Likes to give really good reviews but how can I give a good review if my brakes are making those noises how do I know if I’m safe driving around….. The tall guy in there that I spoke to Said he couldn’t find nothing wrong with it and said there might be other problems that’s why it’s making that noise Never had any noise problems when I first brought my car in to get new brakes in the first place…. This pisses me off because should’ve been fixed new brakes no problems I shouldn’t have to look elsewhere to see what’s the problem with the squeaking. They should’ve done that for me. also, the right side of my both tires, front and back They forgot to put back the tire air caps, so I’m missing 2 on the passengers side….

      Quotes 130$ over phone about warranty tires. Came to the shop and they charged me double. This is not right. I am livid. Maybe they should train their employees to be honest and knowledgeable. Got no apology. Completely in raged . The Number they gave me for complaints is not open on Sunday. Sketchy. Never coming back.

      don't go here!!! sense car x took it over, bought tires here and made a appointment to get them rotated and they didn't show it when i got there. he told me to come back in the morning and he would get me in. went back the next day and he said he couldn't do it because he was the only one there. i won't ever go back to this place!!!

      Dishonest company mark parts up 3.2 percent to make ends meet business wise.
      Customers pay the price for this companies overall greed.

      Our car dolly was attached to the RV ready to leave town on a Friday afternoon at 5 pm and we noticed a bad tire on dolly. Called Doug who advised where we could find a tire and he said bring it over when you get it. They were closing soon but Doug and Tom placed 2 new tires on dolly and we were set to go! Nothing but praise for the 2 gentleman and the Dubois Monro store! Thank you!!

      Went in for a battery change and ended up with a broken windshield and my windshield wipers not working, was told it would be fixed the next day and now it is a week later and still nothing has been fixed. Never got a phone call to tell me anything, had to call them while in limbo everyday, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow is all they give me. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ANY BUSINESS, this is the worst experience I have ever had with auto repair never again
