      I took my car in for simple oil change they drained my transmission fluid and proceeded to put oil in so now its double filled. ****** has my car and all the evidence of what they have done a lawyer Will be involved. DON'T TAKE Your CAR to KEN TOWERY!!!!!! Made me give star to post.

      Took my car yesterday for front tires replacement. They damaged something at the left wheel resulting in an annoying pulsating friction sound. When I pointed it out they basically invite me to take a hike treating me like I was born yesterday and I don't know anything about tires. They didn't even have the decency to have a closer look to see what's wrong. Unprofessional ism, dis-consideration and rudeness in its splendor.
      Do yourself a big favor and avoid them. Extremely expensive, too.

      You cannot imagine the level of frustration I experienced because of this company and especially its employees. They even said that the issue was there before and I want to take advantage of them. While I was expressing my frustration to them, I was threaten to be thrown out if I don't leave the office. After that I spoke with a lawyer, he said that I should go back and if they refuse to fix the issue we are going to sue. Very reluctantly they agreed to take a look at the wheel. And guess what!? The balancing weights they put on were kinda loose, not properly glued and were touching the break splash guard.
      Let me tell what would have happened if they'd refuse to fix it. I would have gone to a ***** dealer and get a full report about what caused the issue and I would have sued, even the individuals if I could. Another thing was that I wasn't given an estimate, which I found out is against the law. I heard the total when the job was done and I was about to pay. That's when I was shocked, finding it very expensive. If I knew the amount ahead of time I would have gone someplace else. Yet another thing: in their effort to fool me, they told me some ridiculous reasons as of why the sound is there. Without even trying to do a basic investigation. That's another thing I found out, that it is against the law to give a customer wrong information or advice,. I was told by a technician there, who didn't even listened to the sound in case, that the tire was new and sticking to the asphalt, therefore the noise. It so happen I'm a 56yo mechanical engineer and giving me this kind rubbish, won't cut it.
      I am talking here about the branch on 1250 Old Orch Ctr, Manchester, MO 63021. To whomever is in charge there, and care, please reeducate your employees. They are bad news (especially the lady at the front desk).
      BTW, I called the number you posted and nobody answered, neither I was called back.

      Zero stars would be more fitting. This is the worst place I have ever done business with. Unskilled labor in the shop coupled with uninformed management upfront equals a very poorly ran business. They didn't have proper equipment and diagnostic equipment to work on anything newer than probably a late 90s vehicle, they are open on Sundays for convenience but only one guy and he can't leave the desk. Go somewhere else

      Needed an alternator replaced in a 2012 *****, I picked up and hand delivered the part from the ******** next door. They up charged me $393 for a $175 alternator. Why do the parts have an almost 150% markup? Disgusting, I believe I was overcharged by at least $200 for a part I literally handed to the mechanic. All of these places are corporate run and algorithm-driver to screw you over. AVOID ALL OF THEM.

      1st....Our *** requires synthetic blend. They put in regular oil at the last oil change with out our knowledge. The price was not much different from synthetic so we didn't notice. Assumed they knew what they were doing since they have done our oil changes before with synthetic. Only reason we found out was because we had our oil done today and they told us they used regular the last time they changed our oil....2nd. Their lift to rotate tire didn't work.. so they sent us to another mr tire. While at the other mr tire, we asked them where the oil filter was since its not visible with out a lift. Thats when they told us the 1st mr tire DID NOT even change the filter!!! Was still the old filter from ******* tire where we last went!! But was charged for a filter! i will be making a complaint with corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are out to screw your and screw up your vehicles!

      One of the Worst Business I Ever Been To I came here for check engine light came on and went off and my car had other problems my front end, not heavy with the word that was done My car was under warranty, so I had other work that was also done here.

      Do not use this company for new tires as the below reviews describe. Got four new tires put on and the next day one of them went flat and, after pulling aside on the highway, realized A NUT WAS MISSING from the tire. When I stopped at a used tire place to get a replacement spare, they looked at the tire and pointed out several bubbles saying it was no good.
      A week later I came back in town and stopped by Mr. Tire. When i explained this to them, they laughed. They pointed out the marks on the tire that I assume were the result of pulling over on the highway with a flat and said it was my fault. They told me I hit something and after explaining to them that I was certain that hadn't happened in the 24 hours I had the new tire, they laughed and said "We won't be doing business again!"
      Baffled by the good rating this place has when all the reviews tell another story. Do not go to this place

      Don't! Just don't! Horrible customer service from the service techs, managers to corporate. It's all just horrible.. if there where a zero star option, they'd get it. December water pump issue took till May to resolve. Finally got them to admit they never had the proper tool to do a water pump on a **********, and warrenty company then let me move it to a different shop. I should of been told that, in December. Was in car rentals for months while their techs broke my car repeatedly, beating parts into place, and replacing parts. Car over heated repeatedly coz they couldn't get it right. Left me stranded to many times to count. No help from corporate on the 2k I spent in car rentals, *****, & *****. Lesson learned! Don't waste your money or time with this shop. They can't even seem to pay their employees in order to keep them.

      I am disgusted that this business has a high rating. My experience was mild, but seems on par with others. I went after looking at Google Reviews to get an oil change, as I heard they weren’t super expensive, were efficient, and did a wonderful job. Great! I go, it still ends up costing me an arm and a leg but oh well, that’s oil changes nowadays. Except that not even two weeks later, I’ve lost a quart of oil. I drive from home to work and back, and that’s it. No reason that should happen. My partner’s father saw a dark spot when I moved my car that afternoon that hadn’t been there earlier in the day, meaning it’s from my car. It’s leaking a TON of oil- because this business torqued my brand new gas cap. I had just replaced it, because my old one was leaking. They twisted it on so tight that nobody could get it off- including this business when I brought it back and demanded they fix it. They said they just twisted it off, but there were plier marks on it from where they had to force it off. Messed up my cap and the seating for it, which I’ve since had to replace. Also, my car has plastic clips that keep the plastic piece that protects my engine from underneath in place. ALL of the clips were missing from my car after I brought it to this business. When I brought it in, I was missing 2 (and I knew it, as we had been under my car before when it was leaking the first time, which is what prompted the oil change). When I left, and my partner looked under my car to see what was leaking, they were ALL gone. I can understand maybe a couple popping off here and there, but all of them? That plastic piece was being held on by the grace of God. So, I would not recommend this business. I actually think this business and their practices need to be investigated.

      Scammers, previously had brought my spare car here with no issues…… only put 3000 miles a year on it. It has newer parts all the way around including brakes and tires. Inspection was half assed as they only took off the left side tires then dropped the car back down. Was refused inspection without purchasing their ***** pro wiper blades even though I just put ***** platinums on 3 months prior that have no issues with them whatsoever. DO NOT recommend going to this shop. It’s known that auto shops don’t make money on NYS inspections that’s why they upsell products and today this proved it. Been in the automotive business for 20 years and currently work for the DOT, never been so frustrated with an annual inspection and will not be returning.
