      If i could give a negative review i would- i made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my one and only day off for an inspection at 9am and i got there at 8:45 and the guy at counter (paul h*****) said he couldnt find my info but found my appt and then said it was scheduled as a oil change but i know i scheduled as an inspection cause i get all other car work done from my brother in law. So then he re inputs my info and after 25 min of standing at counter i sit down and i asked how long and he said 1 hour. So i expected by 10:15 the latest. He calls me up at 10:20 to tell me all their recommendations which i decline and then he says it will be done shortly. At 11:15 he calls me up to leave. My paperwork says my car passed inspection at 9:50 so i should have been called up then. I had plans with my 2 year old daughter from 10-12 but now cant take her cause i didnt get home until 11:30 and i was taking her to something that ends at 12. They need to hire a person that can multi task- i will NEVER go there again and tell everyone i know to not go either.

      Mr. Tire at 7923 Belair Road Baltimore, MD 21236 used to be a decent place to go to for repairs. This location has changed management 3 times in less than 6 months and gets worse with every change. When I had a problem, the mechanic said, "oh well, things happen". Great attitude!

      The customer service is very poor an unprofessional . Took my vehicle here on 1 31 2024 pick car up on 2 6 2024 10 minutes later took back it wasn't right still don't have car an today is 2 13 2024 an no one has called me with update on vehicle . Tire choice is not reliable trustworthy or dependable. Do not take your car here for nothing trust me.I spent 1015.22 an car still not fix an I don't have it they told me they have to work on others cars so dissatisfied. One star means horrible

      Slice in tire tread. Slice was repaired with a plug when it should have been repaired with a plug-patch (slices warrant this). Tech never inflated tire to the requested tire pressure. The pressure was left a 27 lbs, which is what is was when I brought it in for repair. The manager 'Douglas S****" tried to sell me unneeded services. This Dubois, PA Monro is in sad shape. NO skilled and auto service repair technician is on duty.
      The reason it looks like they have a good overall rating is due to the manage Mr. D. S. would not allow me to rate their service at the conclusion of service, he plugged in a 5 star by himself. So, in other words, the reviews are bogus.

      Did not honor warranty
      Terrible customer service from Theresa G*******, rude and did not honor warranty, after I was told they would.
      I was stuck with a faulty tire 2 days before Christmas and was verbally told they would cover cost of tire replacement which I was forced ti buy a tire, but they would not cover the tfull cost of tire.

      I brought my car into have rear brakes replaced on Nov, 11/2023.. I barely had 2000 miles on vehicle and had to replace the rear brakes again. The garage said it was due to the instalation of Tirechoice at 3949 WEdgewood Lane The Villages Fl. I spoke to the Store Manager .....before i could explain he advised that there was nothing he could do. I was broken down and had to have them replaced ....I couldnt drive vehicle. This guy sure sold a bunch of BS when I had the work done.
      Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers!!!!

      Took my 2011 ***** *** Pickup in to have my tires mounted and balanced in Chesterfield NH, they snapped two studs off and broke numerous screws that hold the center caps on my rims, then told me it was my problem to fix! Called corporate office and was told district manager would call me! Still waiting for that call! Manager was pathetic! Would not recommend anyone to use this shop for any work!

      Worst customer service ever
      On Saturday 1/27 dropped my car off at Mountain View tire /Clinton Kieth rd and 215 Murrieta Ca.
      At first point I was never greeted with any type of professionalism what so ever.
      I was then approached by who I know now was a Mgr named Ozzie.
      I had a simple leak from my valve from the wheel.
      Ozzie inspected the car and I was told to return in 2 hours
      Upon return the car was not fixed due the skill and ignorance of the workers and mgt.
      There was not a single empathetic or professionalism shown at all, it was clear my business was not wanted.
      I was treated like a 3 class person from beginning to end.
      This person has the worst people skills I have ever been exposed too and has no business in the customer service business.

      I took my truck to Tire Choice in St. Charles Missouri on Droste. They had my truck for 7 days and still wasn’t fixed correctly. New pads, new rotors, new calipers. Then I was told a new master cylinder but only after I went there. NO communication! Brake lines were bled in wrong direction which I was told by assistant manager could damage master cylinder. Then was told calibers on rear were put on the wrong sides. I would never recommend this company. I have called Munro customer service 3 times. Never a return call. I no longer have the truck so manager says can’t do anything. I’m out $3000 and no one in the company cares that their employees did a terrible job.

      The whole team works together to overcharge people. This was my real life experience of how I was almost beaten out of $2600.
      My car had been making a noise for about a week so I called my regular mechanic who said he could see me in maybe a week or so. On my way to an appointment in Aurora, Ohio, my car started making a wobbling sound on 422 east so I immediately exited and went to the first place I saw (Mr. Tire in Solon, Ohio). They took my car back after 30 minutes then asked me to come take a look. They showed me where my axle was sooo bad that I couldn’t drive it and that the whole front end may fall off if I don’t get it repaired right away! The technicians went to work to finding prices because I had an Audi q5 that was going to be soooo expensive to fix. After some conversation amongst themselves and loud talk on the phone with parts they quoted me $3,290.23 and that included a 10% discount on a wheel alignment that was needed. I panicked! That was a heck of a lot of money, so I began searching ****** for reviews (I always do) and about the third comment down for this company (Mr. Tire in Solon, Ohio) said he went there and was told his car was a ball of rust and his bill was going to be $7,000! He took it to ***** on station street and his bill came out to under $300. I decided right then to get a second opinion at *****.
      I called ***** first and they suggested I bring it in as soon as possible. Thank God I had *** because this place was trying to get me to use someone they recommend for a “small fee”. I got my car towed and the manager, ***** *****, took my car back right away. Within minutes I was quoted a price of $645.40 and my car should be ready the next day by noon. It was actually finished around 10a.m. for the exact price I was quoted. I can’t tell you the relief and gratitude I felt for *****, their manager, and staff at that moment and this one! They were all professional, pleasant, and fair.
