      I took my SUV for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and passenger side headlight replacement.
      I was contacted that the SUV was done, went to pick my vehicle up and drove it home and noticed as I'm pulling in the garage the passenger headlight was still out. I went back and told them the job wasn't done, sure enough the Tech working my SUV forgot even though they said it was done.
      I asked the Manager how about a discount on my bill since I had to come back. He said I will give you a free oil change on your next visit and he provided a paper showing a free oil change.
      On my next visit I was told that person does not work here anymore, so if you want the free oil change you would have to go to the South Euclid store. I wasn't going to drive to South Euclid for an oil change, so I asked how about if I use this coupon, can't do that it doesn't apply to your vehicle, it applied to my car, so they did give me a discount on the oil change though.

      I went to 7224 Location in Glen Burnie, Maryland on 12/16/23. I went to the counter and told the guy I needed 2 tires, Allignment and a Oil chang and he responded that I am asking for too much on A Saturday Morning!!!!!! Terrible Customer Service.

      If I could give 10 stars I would. From replacing my tires and now brake pads, this place is phenomenal. What makes it phenomenal is the staff! Jamie the manager has helped me on two different services and each time she is consistent on her excellent customer service and all around wonderful attitude. They are honest and reliable and as long as she and her staff is there, I will continue all my future service needs and do all I can to spread the word on how fantastic this company is.

      To whom this may concern I had a situation with Mr. Tire at store 430 the address is 10945 State Bridge Road Johns Creek Ga. on 12/13/2023 i had ordered tires from a company called **** ***** had the tires ship to Mr. Tire store 430 address is 10945 State Bridge Road Johns creek Ga 30022 and spoke with Elizabeth O******* and asked could I get my tires installed today she stated not today but definetly tomorrow made appoint for 5:30 pm the next day. On 12/14/2023 Elizabeth called me at 8:15 am and said we can not service you car at 5:30 pm today so i hung up the phone called back and asked could i come in earlier since you can not install my tires at 5:30 pm she stated we are booked for today you can come in tomorrow Friday. I said why would you schedule appoints with out accommdating me first since i schedule a appointment the day before I said no I want my tires done today so she said I will have my distract manager call you I stated I did not want to speak with the district manager so **** ***** called me and scheduled me to go to another location . I called Mr. Tire and spoke Elizabeth and stated that i felt she was racists towards me and she laughed on the phone and when i got there I asked her why she laughed she said to please leave store she had the service tech come out and stand beside her he said oh you work at such and such and I said yes I do he took my tires threw my tires out on the ground and he locked the door called corporte office right away and took pictures and when Elizabeth saw me taking pictures and was on the phone she unlocked the door and give me her business card. But on 12/15/2023 my job my place of employment advised me that someone from Mr. Tire went on my place of employment to slander my name. Let me advise my place of emplpyment has nothing to do with this situation period. I was a customer that was give unprofessional customer service.

      I brought my parents car to get headlight bulbs replaced, was told get parts, bring them back they would do job for $100, when I get back they changed the price to $300, when I was checking out the price became $360, I felt ripped off but needed them to be replaced. I felt Victor at front desk was not very pleasant nor happy about working at Tire choice, told me the mechanic would not do job without charging me for 2hrs of labor. It took 1 hr and 15 mins.
      I really felt this was soo disappointed in service, environment, and workers. Mechanic was not pleasant
      Victor seemed annoyed, with having to fill out wholes on computer. It was just awful service today! Tim was better service guy, too bad he's not there!

      Mr tire in Marion Ohio didn't fix my car correct and after 3times taking it back to them still wasn't fixed so I had to go to different automotive garage to get it fixed I shouldn't have to pay loan payments for this due to them not fixing my car I'm very pissed

      Arrived at the Hamner Location in Eastvale due to a freeway emergency, something immediately punctured a wheel causing us to exit on Limonite. We thought we were fortunate enough to arrive to Mountain View tire 28min before closing. Plenty of time to just help us switch to our spare tire, maybe a quick patch or plug. We immediately were ignored by 5 technicians like if we were scum to this earth. My husband proceeded to head to the office to ask for help and we’re greeted with “sorry we’re closed. Call AAA”
      I hope you never meet the misfortune of needing this establishment when you are in an emergency. The packed all there belongings never making eye contact leaving our family stranded on the side of the road.

      How do you let a car the was repaired in one of your shops leave in an unsafe condition?.     We dropped my wife's car of on Sunday Nov 5th after realizing the brake pedal was going all the way to the floor.    We got there close to closing time and was greeted by Ethan.     We told him what was going on and we would obviously dropping the car off, also told him we needed an oil change as well.  after picking the car up, my wife noticed that the brake pedal was impossible to press, I went back inside waited 10 minutes no one can from. The back, I drove my wife's car home and realized the brakes were a little hard to press but I assumed that was the norm because the brake booster and brake master cylinder were both replaced to the tune of 2000 dollars. The next day I drove the car around and tried slamming on the brakes and it took everything I had to get the car to stop. I took it back to the shop and Ethan was off, Floyd was going to test drive the car and he moved it 3 feet out of the parking spot and immediately knew it wasn't right, so what does he do? sends me to another shop to have the brake booster adjusted (you don't adjust a brake booster) long story short, the brake booster they replaced was faulty, any mechanic who test drove the car would instantly feel this. The car was given back to us on an unsafe condition. And then told to drive the unsafe car to another location. Car was finally repaired, I wrote a Google review, and called to corporate number 3 times now asking to speak to the district manager only to be told, he was given the message and he didn't "have to" call me back. Totally unprofessional

      Had my tire patched yesterday at the Mr. Tire Arlington location at 5200 Lee Hwy. They badly scratched my rim with the machine to remove/install the tire during service and then tried to tell me they use a plastic tipped piece that barely fits on the edge of the rim and it couldn't have scratched it. I have a 2 inch scrape on the edge of my black rim where all the paint is gone. 1/4 of the rim has surface scratches around the outside of the rim from the machine. I was told to just send an email to the store mailbox. The manager was completely unapologetic for damaging the wheel during service. I sent the email with all the pictures and asked about about them repairing the damage. I probably will not get a reply, but will update this review if/when I get a response. I'm very disappointed in the level of care towards paying customers' property. I will NEVER use this place again or any Mr. Tire for that matter. They charge $60 for a patch job, which at this point, you're better off just paying for a tire plug and keep your expensive rims from getting chewed up.
