Hello, I recently just used a location ** ***** Rd Irwin pa, 15642. I simply took it in originally a leak I spotted and no heat. Took it there they said it was the thermostat housing. Ok so they ran a test I paid for. Then the bill of that work. Get the vehicle back two weeks later the vehicle still got coolant leak and was over heating. Then I take it back to them for them to fix it the leak, they say it's another problem. The radiator hose and some other craziness they try to tell me. I'm so upset with the run around over $600 I've paid in repairs in 1 mo and the leak is still there after the replacement of the hose. Please email me back with a response. I'm very angry and refunded or free service to fix my vehicle. im so angry I will never be using your services again!!!!!!!

I recently visited TireChoice Auto Services, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. During my initial visit, I requested tires, a wheel alignment, and a new battery. Although the tires and alignment were completed, the battery issue was not addressed. On November 20, my car wouldn't start, and a subsequent inspection revealed a faulty battery, which needed immediate replacement. I had to endure the inconvenience of a second visit due to the oversight during the initial service. To make matters more frustrating, there was a miscommunication regarding payment. Initially told I could charge the battery to my ******* finance account, I later found out this wasn't possible. This resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses, adding to my dissatisfaction. What compounded my disappointment was the unhelpful response I received today November 21, 2023 from John R******, District Manager for TireChoice Auto Service Center. Despite bringing my concerns to him, he blatantly disregarded my compliant, stating he could not help. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of the services provided and the commitment to customer satisfaction at Tire Choice Auto Service Center. Clearer communication, more thorough quality checks and responsive management are essential improvements needed to enhance the customer experience. I have only been living in the High Dessert for a little over a year now and I am disappointed with the way this situation was handled as if it were my fault for them not taking in my request for a new battery into consideration. Mr. Elijah D**** stated that he did not change the battery because of the diagnostics not stating it needed to be changed after I requested Mr. D**** to change it. I hope this feedback, along with my unfortunate interaction with Mr. R****** and Mr. D****, is taken constructively to improve service standards for all customers.

Dropped my car off for a state inspection, got a call a few hours later that I had failed for missing license plate lights and they quoted me $225 to replace them. My car is a 2023 so I thought this was odd but told them I would replace them myself and bring it back. I brought it home just to discover that both plate lights had been unclipped and pushed into the bumper. This wouldn’t be possible to do without manually undoing the clip, or the clip breaking, which it wasn’t broken. I’ll never get my car inspected here again

First the only reason why my car ended up at this location or service center, is because of the warranty I have. My car has been sitting on this lot for a week, without any repairs or work done. I had been in touch and was told that they had gotten in touch with my warranty company, and it was the water pump, my car would be finish within one to two business days. I did confirm this with my warranty company, and they did give them a timeframe of when it should be done, in order for them to get paid. I also gave them a little grace, with strike issue of **/**** with trying to get parts. After a week I receive a call stating that they are unable to service my car and I will need to have it towed somewhere else. All of the staff at this location was giving their walking papers, not one car at this location has been serviced. Come to find out that they had around 13 cars that needed service and this location can only handle 4 cars at a time.
I called the corporate office to get some help on solving this issue, and person I spoke to was more than pleasant. I don't understand the rudeness, when we the customer are the ones begin effected the most from all this. Why am I beginning talked to and told I better take offer you are giving me or else. All I am asking is for you to pay the tow fee up front, no I don't want to pay out of my own pocket and have to deal with you again. At this point you should be doing anything within reasons to make this right for your customers. I am truly disgusted and disappointed and how I was treated by corporate.

The Mr. Tire on Rockville Pike in Rockville, MD tried to scam me. I went in for a leaking tire. They told me: that two tires had nails and one could not be repaired because the nail was in the sidewall, and that I needed new pads, rotors, air filter, and passenger air filter. They quoted me over $1300 for the tires, balance and alignment, and I cut them off before they could give me a quote on the stuff I knew to be a lie. As soon as they mentioned the air filter I knew they were lying because it was replaced the week before. I immediately took my car to a different tire shop that charged me $950 for even better tires (the tires I requested a quote from Mr. Tire on would have been $940 at this other place). I asked this other shop to check for nails and they told me they only found 1 nail that would have been repairable. This week I took my car back to my regular mechanic about the brakes. Grand total? $0.00. The dust cover for the brakes had shifted and was rubbing causing a sound. The pads had half their life and the rotors are in terrific shape. They straight up lied to me to try to make money. Do not use them for anything, even tires.

I have given a written statement and sent an email regarding two separate incidents I had with two different Monro locations located in NY. The first incident was the store manager telling me the credit card machine was down and I would have to pay cash. Not realizing how sketchy it was at the time I went ahead and paid with cash. I paid to have my front brakes done and my winter tires taken off and summer tires put on. When I paid I was handed a piece of paper, which I was assumed was a receipt and it was not; it was only an estimate. Fast forward five months I’m at a different Monro location and they discover that the front brakes were installed so poorly, it caused my front rotor to warp. When they attempted to look up the work that was done five months prior (even calling the other location) nothing came up in the system however I had the paperwork from that day and the bank statement proving I went to the ATM that exact day and time to get cash. This second location fixed it free of charge and asked me to write a statement to send to corporate to be further investigated—they admitted they suspected the first location I went to was full of “bad apples”. While I was grateful for their honestly, this second location also replaced my rear brakes and ultimately caused further damage. After getting my car back I realized something was wrong with the steering- my car was all over the road. Before I could even get back to the shop to have them look at I lost control of steering and my car crashed into a curb. I had to have it towed and repaired costing me over $1,000. I have given Monro two chances to reach out to me and make this right but almost a month later- no response so now I have no choice but to share my experience with the public. Really concerning that this company can’t even respond to an email when such a horrific series of events has unfolded right under their noses.

CarX, Eden Prairie. Would not honor a coupon. Instead, they made a complicated calculation of what my charges should be- and then took the coupon (which was not a discount coupon) price for service off their calculation. I understand upcharging for a full synthetic oil. This was not that. The person I was dealing with said, "this is the way we do it". The coupon was for a service package at 139.99. The final bill was going to be over $240.00. I left not having my car serviced. I told them that I felt I was being scammed and that bait and switch marketing is illegal in Minnesota.

I BOUGHT MY **** INTO THE STORE ON NE Evangeline Trwy LAFAYETTE, LA FOR A BRAKE JOB ON 09/09/2022. THEY INCORRECTLY INPUTTED MY MILEAGE AS 181,951. AS OF TODAY 10/23/23 1 YEAR LATER I ONLY HAVE 133,563 MILES ON THIS CAR. THIS WAS REPORTED TO ****** BY THEM (EVEN THOUGH THE STORE MANAGER "JULES" STATED THEY DON'T REPORT MILEAGE.... I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING THIS CAR AND WHILE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FRIENDLY ENOUGH NOTHING APPEARS TO BE GETTING DONE. THEY STATED THEY HAVE FORWARDED IT TO THEIR "IT DEPARTMENT" WHICH THEY HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS. IN THE MEAN TIME THEY ARE INHIBITING MY ABILITY TO SELL MY CAR FOR THE CORRECT VALUE. ITS JUST NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

I recently went to Mr. Tire for an alignment after replacing my tie rods. After the alignment wasn't correct, i had to bring it back 4 times because it needed correcting. An employee stated "their machine didnt work well". The first time, they claimed to do a full inspection on my truck, and 2 weeks later, my pitman arm almost broke. The 4th time visiting, my truck was there about 7 hours. Upon them offering me new tires, I declined and had another professional handle providing and putting on new tires. The new tire shop found weights on the inside of the tire rim as well as an excessive amount of weights on the outside of the rim of the alleged "bad tire", which would throw off the balance of the tires, causing me to "need new tires" and also causing my truck to shake vigorously at around 40mph. The new shop also found the alleged "bad tire's" lugnuts were so overtightened and stripped, that he needed to torch them off. After asking Mr. Tire to inspect my vehicle, upon leaving, my 3 brake lights did not work, and upon investigation, I found my brake light switch was unplugged and tucked underneath my carpet. Upon further inspection, what was found was my steering box messed with and the bolt on it was loosened, causing my steering to be incredibly loose and unsafe, almost causing me to crash a few times on my drive home.
