      The so called manager, Jeff Miller, was extremely vague on giving me a price for an oil change. He did not discuss my options and went ahead with completing an oil change that cost the absolute most. After it was done and I confronted him about the inflated cost he got loud and combative. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and uncaring “manager”. Never again will I step foot in a tire choice again. I don’t understand how a business can operate in this manner. I thought customer satisfaction was important.

      Manager won’t work on my car from a promotional purchase in May because my family had quit working at this location. (Springsboro Ohio) Quoted words from the manager “we will not be working on your or your family’s car anymore. I’m cancelling your appointment. Have a good day.”
      I paid for a service May 11th (alignment) and was told by assistant manager I’d get them free for 6 months. I should be getting free alignments until November 11th. This is garbage service and my family wouldn’t have quit if the manager had done a better job at being a manager. I’ve heard numerous stories. If I could leave a 0/5 star I would. Thankfully getting my alignment honored at the Centerville Ohio location.

      NORTH PORT FLORIDA LOCATION. WICKED EVIL PEOPLE...Wife brought car to get tire looked at because of low air pressure. They confirmed the tire was low and needed a plug due to a nail in the tire. They took the car back and claimed to have repaired the tire only to find out later that even after I looked at the tire and noticed it was not the exact same tire that was on the car before they even touched the car. Called them the next day and spoke to the manager and he denied the claim and confessed there are no cameras in the shop. Which explains why they do shady business and are ripping people off. People are very wicked knowing that there is a child in the back of that car and the tire they put on the car was a bad and used tire. FYI all four tires on car were brand new so they took advantage of yet another woman. People please don't let convenience and cheap service catch your eyes and ears for you know not what they are doing in the shop with your car due to the lack of cameras to testify on your behalf. They will get you!!! Be wise and stop going there and For those who love the manager/s and staff, I will say if you love and cherish kids you would consider what this evil place did was hideous and humiliating yet to another woman and her child. Is this what you call the land of freedom??? dignity and pride in America? The manager is acting professional because it's probably due to him trying his best to keep his job to stay above float because people like him are in spiritual debt. At this place "the manager is always right" NOT THE PEOPLE!!! And guys if you must send your spouse to this place because of circumstances then take pictures and videos of before and after because they can't afford cameras in the shop. Seems like the company is also shady itself by not equipping the place with adequate security for your property and the people/customers. Pictures will show their dirty works.

      Store located on ******** **** Rd, In Hilliard OH on 8-26-23. Had an 8 AM oil change appt scheduled and no one shows up but me? Not a single employee!! No calls to cancel my appt, no attempt to contact me
      What so ever! What a way to treat customers! Wish I would have read rhe reviews here first!

      I think you guys suck Burbank Mountain View did a tire alignment on my pick up truck or Saturday morning it pulls to the right the steering wheels out to the left horrible job they suck and they won’t do anything about it I want my money back my name is **** **** the manager at Burbank knows me

      Went to a tires choice in Stuart Florida paid to have my tires rotated balanced and four new sensors air sensor installed. Also to repair a slow leak on my back passenger tire. The next morning the back passenger tire was low on air pressure again. I called them Robert the manager said absolutely I seen them rotate your tires I seen them you had a bad valve stem. And oil change. They did not rotate my tires. I took my truck to a local place even though I am very capable of telling what cupped front tires are. They did not rotate them I took it to a local tire store they said now you can tell they didn't rotate them because of the wear on the tires and the brake dust on the front rims. I checked my oil and the dipstick the oil was black. I believe they did not change my oil just the filter.

      The staff are amazing, been here twice for wheel alignment, they got me n and out quickly no hassle. staff are freindly would definately recommend this place. thanx guys n gal for taking care of me u guys rock

      I went onto the tire choice website and scheduled an appointment for a car inspection. Received a confirmation email stating my appointment request was received, then received confirmation email stating my appointment was confirmed along with a confirmation text message. The next morning received an email from store manager stating they do not take state inspection appointments online, even though their online system allowed me to schedule a state inspection. Pls note State Inspection is one of the online options. I did not select other and write in State Inspection. When I called the store to find out what happened I was informed that they don’t take appointments online even though their online system takes appointments. I was very upset an asked the sales person. Why were they taking appointments online if they would not honor them. His response was they just don’t. I asked salesman for customer service, phone number and after sitting on hold for over 55 minutes, Agent said oh yeah that’s wrong in Virginia. We need to fix that with was the marketing department. I say this is false advertising. Offering a service on your cooperate website with confirmation given knowing full well you don’t accept this service in Virginia. Very poor customer service and oh well whatever attitude made it very clear to me this is not a reputable business and customer service is not important. Message received. Beware

      I booked an appointment online with the price of new tires. When I arrived, the manager said that he doesn't have any online communication and gave me a higher price for the tires. Pure waste of time and disrespect for customers.

      On 8/5/23 I took my vehicle to them for a VA state inspection, tire rotation and oil chance. They called around noon and advised it needed tie rods to pass inspection (possible, since the vehicle had 120K) so I agreed and the total was somewhat shocking of $1k, but I am very busy with work and kids so I agreed. They called around 4 stating it was done. My wife drove me there to pick it up, I paid and got in the car and drove down Nimmo, the vehicle was traveling strangely down the road and as I was a quarter of a mile down the road I was contemplating turning around....the rear tire completely fell off. The vehicle had a damaged rotor and rear bumper etc. The police came and towed it back to Tire Choice. The Advisors filed a claim with ********* insurance. No call until 8/7 in the afternoon, and ********* said they would get me a rental and I could have the vehicle towed to a repair facility on my dime and seek reimbursement (Huh? Not that I cant, but our of principle why am I doing the legwork and paying up front for your clients huge screw up). The next day, their rep calls me and states the vehicle has been assessed and is being deemed a total loss and they will offer me $11K for the vehicle, or $9K and I keep it. Granted, I understand KKB values etc but what I can say is...that does not matter to me currently. The vehicle was a 2008 ***** ******** with 120K, but it was in extremely good shape and was paid off and I will not be able to replace this vehicle for $11K.
      A gentleman from Tire Choice called me today after I BEGGED a supervisor to call me and he was almost irritated that I was pissed off. He told me once ********* took over they cease communication on the claim. I advised it would be nice to just get an apology, let alone SOMEBODY try to help me and not screw me on the issue and he straight up told me he is not going to apologize. I ended the call.
      They screw up, don't apologize and expect me to be satisfied with their low offer to replace my vehicle.
