      ZERO STARS!! IF ONLY THERE WERE A SUB-ZERO RATING...
      ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! HOW ON EARTH YOU RUN A BUSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND BELIEF!!
      I TURN UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT FOR WHICH I HAD AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONLY TO BE TOLD NO SUCH APPOINTMENT EXISTS AND EVEN IF IT DID THOSE TIRES ARE NOT EVEN IN STOCK AND THE GUY DOUBTED THEY ARE STILL EVEN MAKING THEM. DO YOU THINK I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN NOW HAVE TO RUN AROUND TRYING TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE??
      REST ASSURED I WILL NEVER EVER USE MONRO NOR WILL ANYONE I KNOW WHO CHOSES TO LISTEN.

      My alternator went out caused my batterie to go bad as well, I had to call them to see if my car was done and at 7pm it was done then I picked it up and drove straight home 10 minutes away woke up Friday morning the new alternator was bad and it broke down again so we took there Friday morning and was told they’d start on it we’ll come Saturday at about 4 I called and was told it’s almost done they had to finish someone else’s car then they would start on mine if not finished Saturday it would be first thing Monday morning. Well it’s 2pm now on Monday and I have called twice and keep getting told it’s next so I called their customer service and now I’m being told they are working on it give them till 5pm. Which is it? First it’s we’re working on it then they’re not then they are etc…. This place used to be amazing but it’s a **** show and awful now!

      Tire Choice in Eureka, MO
      Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the tire rotation (I had marked them because they pulled this stunt once before) and told me I needed new ball joints. $500+ dollars. Took car to ***** Tire to verify and they said the ball joints were fine. They also rotated the tires for me and guess what, no charge. Tire Choice lost a good customer. (25+ years) and ***** Tire gained one. Sorry I had to give them one star. They don't deserve it.

      Was told I needed a new compressor to fix my AC. Paid $1700 to have it done and it still didn't work. Brought it back to their shop and they said I had to take it to the dealership. Dealership told me I was given a bad part and it would cost me $1400 to replace the aftermarket part.
      Now I'm having to talk to their corporate to try and get this resolved.

      THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF! Take all your tire's need elsewhere unless you want to get rip-off. Stop by early in the morning to have a set of tires mount, need to be done for tomorrow. First guy wrote up work order and gave price for the work. 2 hours later another guy called and said you need tpms stem kit which cost another $82!!! Cost now $266 to mount 4 tires!!! I have never heard that before you need to have tpms stem kit to change tire. At this point it's late I can't find another place to have the tires mount. This place will never get my business again ever. Called up ******** tire in San Ramon. They quote me $109 to do the same work. I tried to shop local since I'm only a mile away. Now I would drive up to San Ramon extra 15-20 mins to save $$$ avoid this place.

      I paid them $1,300 to fix my converter it fell off they wanted me to pay them $250 more dollars to put it back on and told me it might fall off again they asked me to leave their business my car still is not working it's very loud the part was under warranty ask for my money back they would not refund my money and said they want to leave their business I feel like they just took my 1300.$

      i came to mr. tire when (july18) my check engine light came on. they said it was a sensor issue and they would replace it. then, i heard a noise that i had not heard prior to service. they said they had forgotten to tell me that my battery was leaking. then proceeded to list off issues with my car that they had never mentioned on the original date of service. I explained to them that I had a trip and i needed my car. mr. tire assured me that if i took my car in it would be finished by 5pm. at 5, the car was not ready and they hadn’t gotten the part. I had to get a rental car. they replaced the crankshaft, and cam sensor, it did not fix the issue. they recommended the dealership. i picked up my car from mr. tire (july 26), inside the dashboard had a warning sign. Once i arrived at the dealership, i noticed a crack on my windshield. This was not on my vehicle last week when I had originally taken the car in for service. I was informed by the ****** technician that the signal comes on when the car has been hit. My car has been in the shop for the past 4 days at Mr. tire, and I did not have that warning until today. I returned to mr. tire; I showed them the picture of the warning inside the vehicle. They said that there was nothing they could do because i did not have the vehicle and time had passed. it was 20 minutes. nothing hit my car on the way to the dealership. ****** informed me that i still have the same issues that mr. tire facility claims to have fixed. the parts mr. tire installed on my vehicle are not compatible with my vehicle. the workers at this establishment failed to notify me of issues in my car in a timely manner, they installed parts that were incompatible with my vehicle, and they allowed my car further damage by impacting my car and causing a crack in my windshield. I would like compensation for the time, money,and negligence I have experienced with Mr. tire. I am due for compensation.

      This company is awful. The workers have no common sense or critical thinking skills. Do not trust them with your car. They slapped brakes on a car with “bad rotors” and their reasoning was “well you just asked for brakes.” Any reasonable minded mechanic would have informed us the car needed rotors. Now we are left replacing brakes and rotors again without any compensation from these unprofessional jerks.

      I went in for a break fluid leak, they explained it would cost 1500 to replace the master, booster, and calipers and pads. Understandable, I get that they have to make money on a job and I get that. I only had them change the calipers on my car to prevent the leak from causing the pads to get fluid all over them. When I got my car back I expected them to have finished the job properly however they left 2 tires with COMPLETELY LOOSE NUTS. This is extremely dangerous and I am such a horrible father for letting my 34 weeks pregnant wife and 10 month daughter drive 4 hours in that car. The tires could have flown off of the vehicle causing them to lose control on the interstate. NEVER GO TO MONROE EVER!!! I will YouTube everything with my father in law from now on.

      I am a customer who has called to today waiting on a response about my car coming to the monroe auto body shop for the third time because of a mistake that a mechanic made .
      On April 19, 2022 I took my car to 2351 S Sprinkle Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49001to have it fixed I had several things fixed on my car I paid almost 1000 dollars. Only for me to get into a car accident in October due to the fact that my car was not fixed right on April 19, 2022. During the accident I had my car towed to your 1001 Riverview Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49048 location because I knew I had gotten it fixed through Monroe I just couldn't remember which location. Anyway the shop looked up my info and informed me that the sprinkle road location messed up my car and did not fix it right on April 19 2022. So the riverview drive location had it towed to the the sprinkle road location, who then kept my car for over a month and cost me my income decrease. They then sent my car over to your 6103 S Westnedge Ave, Portage, MI 49002 location after keeping my car for over a month I had My infant child with me during that accident and we could of been seriously hurt because they did not fix my car right on April 19,2022 . So after the accident the westnedge location fixed it due to no mechanics at the sprinkle road location. On July 14,2023 my car began to messed up again and I almost got into another accident due to the same mechanical problem form before I called the sprinkle road location and they had my car towed to the westnedge location two days later they called and said I needed a rack and pinyin and a clock spring and it had nothing to do with the first fixed and I clearly explained to him I experienced the same problem and almost another accident for the third time, not I have paid alot of money for my car to be fixed right and their saying they won't fix it.I called corporate to see how this can be fixed they were no help as well. I have spent so much money through this company over the years.
