      Worst Customer Services. Made an appointment with notes confirming I needed 4 tires vs 1 tire. Showed up early on appointment day. Never ordered any tires. And the two places they get those tires from did not have any in stock. My tire could not wait any longer so we put the spare on. Will never step foot in that store again. Also quoted a price that was unrealistic, not sure why the computer would say 2400.00 for 4 tires that are 207 a piece. Glad I researched on line before I agreed.
      Only good thing about the store is the technicians. Shoutout to Eric and others did not catch their names
      Not that it matter.
      Note when I first went to the store in 1/21 to purchase the tires. They did not have the tires waiting for me then. But Atleast could get them that day.

      Had most of my oil changes for my ***** 2018 *** done at this facility in the past. (Oil changes $100). Tried another mechanic and was told that my oil plug was not put back on properly from the previous oil change so there was barely any oil in the engine (engine was making a light tapping sound). I quit going to this facility. I started going to the Burtonsville MD location. Of course I was told that my car required synthetic oil that was why the price had increased. Went to visit family 85 miles away on Memorial Day weekend and all of my dash lights turned on and car made this screeching sound and a continuous tapping noise from the engine started and never went away! So I towed it to the first ***** repair shop. I was told that I needed a short bloc ($5500) (didn’t honor warranty). Had it towed to another ***** repair and was told that I needed a new cylinder head ($5500). After engine was taken apart a very small piece of plastic was found blocking the oil
      flow. I am not sure how it got in there, but it had to be from one of the oil change facilities. So I was left without a car that I still
      was paying for with no help from the warranty company.

      Dont trust this place they lie! 100% got rear brakes done here i went back 3 times and they said nothing was wrong they used my old brake caliper on my new brakes and they said they replaced it! And im still hearing noises!

      When i kept going back to see if they can fix it they said it was my wheel bearing going bad and my suspension. WENT TO A DIFFERENT SHOP THEY SAID MY WHEEL BEARING AND SUSPENSION WAS FINE!

      Called Mr. Tire (Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh, NC) on 6/6, very nice. ****** ******* needed an alternator. Was told to tow it in and they would assess. 6/7 at ~4:00PM, I received a call about my vehicle. I would have to purchase a battery before they could assess what was wrong with the vehicle. A friend was called and was also in the area and stopped by the shop. Mgr Alex-I was on the phone-told friend that before any work could be done to my vehicle I would have to purchase a battery for $225. Mr. Tire had already connected the battery to a charger-as my windows were rolled down and when asked about that Mgr Alex became irate. I refused to make the purchase and my friend contacted a tow truck to come and get the vehicle. He asked Mgr. Alex to roll the windows back up and Mgr. refused. My friend had to go borrow a charger from the auto supply store next door to Mr. Tire, charge the battery and roll the windows up. Mgr. Alex watched him process this action. Mgr Alex was trying to extort $225 from me for a battery that I did not need. Mr. Tire had the means to charge the battery, assess the need for an alternator, and if after the alternator was installed, a battery was needed-then he should have call me. The unprofessionalism of Mgr Alex should not be overlooked. He called me with the intention of selling me a battery that I did not need. Is this the way you all conduct business? I have been taking my vehicles to this location since it was ****** Tire and to try and sell me a $225 battery and give up all of the subsequent oil changes, flushes, and other maintenance was a steep price to pay for a $225 battery. The vehicle was taken to ******* across the street and repaired - battery charged and fully functioning. Trust and goodwill goes a long way when you are running a business. I no longer trust that Mr. Tire will not try and extort more funds from me for parts and labor that I do not need.

      Well I scheduled appt for tire to get done and go to location and says closed on the door. So I am very disappointed wasted time and now have to figure out where to get a tire emergency now. Not using this company now since they can’t keep stuff accurate

      I bought four new tires from Mr. Tire in Gainesville. The very next day, while traveling 65 mph on 66, the left rear tire blew out and shredded. I brought the blown tire back that same day, and while they honored the manufacturer’s warranty, (how could they not?) they charged me another $70 to mount and balance the replacement tire. Technically they were within their rights to charge me for “an additional service”, but what a poor business acumen. A proper response would have been to apologize for the failure of a brand of tire that they have chosen to carry, and to express gratitude that no one was injured or worse. Chalk this up to being “pennywise and pound foolish”, as neither I, nor any other member of my family will ever darken their door again.

      Had my car at Monroe in Anderson OH for my heating and A/C. The blower motor and module was installed improperly and my whole dash board went out. Took my car back to the shop and they still couldn’t figure out the issue or how to fix it correctly. They had my car for two months before the decided they were unable to fix it. They then sent my car to the ******** Dealer because they were unable to fix the problem and ******** said that everything was installed improperly and has caused more issues like my thermostat had become faulty and the radiator is leaking. Wanted to have the ******** fix the issue and was given push back and told that I would have to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. Needless to say I will NEVER use Monroe Muffler again in the future.

      I’ve a mostly positive experience with this shop.
      But I recently had a poor time with someone named Alan. I brought my car in for a third time with the same problem and I (politely suggested ) I should not be required to pay for it. The representative (Alan) grudgingly contacted his manager at my request and subsequently became rude and combative. This is unprofessional. If the guy can’t deal with people put him in the back of the shop and keep him away from the public. He also claimed to be a manager. Even scarier.

      Walked into the business and was immediately greeted with an attitude and was told that they were very busy as if I was coming in to chit chat. Very rude and I would take it as a form of discrimination because I’m black.
