My son's car broke down. He took it to Free Service Tire and Auto. They had it for 3 months. And within those 3 months he would call and ask how the repair is coming, when will it be finished? The indicated that it is being fixed and will be ready when he needs it. This happened for 3 months. He also indicated that he needed to leave town because he was on an internship and go back to school. At no time. Did they ever say that it would not be ready and that they could not fix it. What they did say when he asked if it could beready and that they could not fix it. What they did say when he asked if it could be ready by the time his mother came to pick him up and move him back. And yes they said it would be ready. We go to pick it up and they don't have it on the premises. They sent it to the dealership. We didn't know this. No one ever said anything to us. It's at the dealership for two days and they can't find parts, but eventually they said they couldn't fix it. At no time during the 3 months that they had it, and we asked, did they ever fix it. I had to leave at least one star in order to get this review to go through. But I give this company a negative 10 stars. Don't go here. They don't know what they're doing and they are dishonest.Monro, Inc.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MR. TIRE IN FLANDERS NJ!!!
Stay away from Mr. Tire in Flanders! They are a complete and total rip off! I've been a customer for more than 10 years, and this business has gone off a cliff. Since "Ron" and 'Lee" have taken over as managers, they are grossly overpricing repairs and blaming "corporate" pricing. They just tried to charge me $102 for an oil change on a 2012 **** ***** ********, a very common vehicle. I raised hell, as I have had to do for outrageous prices on recent repairs. Ron "lowered" the price for the oil change to $92. What an absolute joke. I will never return to these blatant thieves. They could care less that you are a loyal customer. GOOD BY MR. TIRE, GOOD RIDDANCE!Monro, Inc.

1 starI visited Tire Choice in El Cajon, CA about one month ago. I came in at 5:45pm, online it says they close at 7:00pm. I was helped by Chris. Unfortunately the rear tire was non repairable, so I ended up asking for a quote on a new tire. I must add that is was raining and I was still 30 minutes away from home, so I had not a lot of options. Chris gave me a quote of $250 and the cheap brand a quote of around $160. I asked him if this included balancing and installation, he proceeded to confirm that the price included everything (including taxes). This was very important because my budget was not that big. They installed the tire and when the invoice was given to me it was for $209. I was shocked and asked him why the price was nothing near what he quoted me at first. He got extremely mad and left me talking at the front desk. He started telling the tech to remove the tire and reinstall the old one back. He came back in and told me why I came in so close to closing time. I came in 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing time, in my books that's still a good time to come in to a shop. I ended up paying the $209, but I find it completely horrible that they take advantage of you on a condition that one finds himself in. I do not recommend getting service there. At end he told he was the manager!!! How can they have a manager so unprofessional like that, treating people the way they do????Review fromDeborah B

1 starI went to the Store on Rt65 in Pittsburgh Pa. Apparently these folks are rude and don’t know how to talk to the customers appropriately. I called guest services as well and the people there are just as rude. I had a family emergency and I needed brakes I originally scheduled at the Bethel Park location, but I had an emergency family meetin on that side of town, upon arriving I called and Tracey answered I explained my situation and she stated that I can bring it. When I arrived it wasn’t busy like 2 vehicles ahead and Tracey was helping someone else so I waited and waited and waited, finically after an hour I got waited on, the Guy was calling himself a master service tech and claimed my car was shaking unfortunately I disagreed with him, and he began to be rude and said that he couldn’t get my tires off, he claimed he was getting a manager on the phone when in fact he was calling his brother who worked in another store. I took my vehicle to a friend who said their was nothing wrong with getting the lug nuts off so dude lied about that, I called guest services and told them my complaint and the woman was so dry and didn’t even apologize on Monro behalf she just took the complaint, I haven’t heard from them yet, I called back today 3/23 and these people still have attitudes, Kept sending me to voicemail, when I asked to speak to a manager!! 1 starMonro Service Center In Chester NY is The worst experience ever. They destroyed my car to the tune of $3100. Frank C********* the District Mgr. and his worker Mike M*********** are two of the worst incompetent people I've ever dealt with. Frank C********* district manager ignored my calls and texts. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from here. They destroy your car and run and hide like cowards and refuse to make it right. I reported this to Monro Corporate and had all my documents and videos of the damage in order and fortunately was reimbursed my $3100 by corporate. Frank C********* would not honor the damage they did to my car. This place is a complete nightmare. stay far away. They better not get on this platform and lie either. I will expose you and plaster all the documents, videos and reimbursement check from Monro corporate. Just remain hiding in the dark like you cowards have been doing and sit down in the corner and shut up. You made your bed, now you lay in it. Never Go to Monro in Chester NYReview fromNua X

2 starsI'm just a bit upset that I had a coupon in the mail for a oil change with Synthetic Blend high Mileage for 74.99. I was told that it was only good for five quarts and my Truck holds 7.5 quarts so I had to pay the difference. Nowhere on the coupon does it says this but I figured since I'm there already. I'm just gonna pay the difference. Somehow my total amount was 121.99 . That's almost a 47 dollar difference from the coupon. I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I called this morning at 9am and made an 11am appointment with Keyser (store Manager) for the CT Auto Emissions Inspection. Keyser asked that if I was going to be late I should call or text 15 minutes in advance of 11am. I arrived on time at 11:08am and checked in. The vehicle was brought into the testing bay within 10 minutes and was finished, passed, and checked out at 11:31am (23 minutes from my arrival time). While I was waiting, another customer called to move his appointment from today to tomorrow. Keyser completely accomodated the customer with the same time appointment the following day.
Keyser was polite, friendly and professional in every respect. I was extremely happy with my experience, and will make Monro Auto Service #0522 in Norwalk my first choice for CT emissions inspections in the future.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Monro, Inc.

the company had a very had a disrespectful manager, derrick, they charged me for services not rendered. didn't change my oil. charged me 75.91 for work undone. I had to take my car to another place. when i got there there was no oil in my car. i have always kept up on oil changes, i had a battery installed .and of course that was not installed right. i had to adjust and tighten down myself. And all i can get is I don't know what to tell you, I want at least a refund for oil change, or I will be contacting a lawyer. because they could have blown my engine, I felt like they thought I wouldn't know because I'm a female. well, my father was a mechanic! and I have taken care of this car since I got. I truly need a response, or I will be seeing them in court. I have all my paper work.Monro, Inc.

Mr. Tire is a subsidiary of Monro, Inc. They have caused $600 worth of damage to my car. I called Monro to complain but was met with no solution and told "Sometimes things break." Odd how the two tires Mr. Tire worked on are the only ones that "broke". Be very aware of this scam company.Monro, Inc.
