      Monro AKA ******** **** ***** scammed scammed me out of $1000+ for some cheap ass brake pads and rotors. For some reason I grew suspicious looking at the price on the invoice and I looked up the part numbers online and found that these brake pads are super cheap, what makes us even more painful is that I was quoted $600 directly from the dealership to get all this work done!! mind you they would've provided me ****** authentic parts instead of this piece of crap that is con artist placed on my car

      I had an alignment done at tire choice at 3300 Holland rd, Virginia Beach,VA 23452 and it wasn’t aligned properly. I purchased a set of tires about 2 weeks later, fast forward to January and the inner wear of the tires are completely bald, down to the wires in the tires. I contacted the corporate office and they attached it to a bad rear differential(from service paperwork I got from ******** in January) when there was never a faulty rear differential, I got a rear differential flush. I’m seeking a reimbursement for tires and an alignment. To add to this, the technician who performed the alignment told me after the work had been done that the primary alignment machine was down and not only could he not show me how the alignment had been corrected, but that the replacement alignment machine used wasn’t as good as the one that wasn’t working. Lastly I hope how you see this issue could’ve ended catastrophically. Had I not had the work done at ******** in January I may not have even known my tires were going bad, for they were worn down to metal wire at the inner most point. I could’ve easily not known, been riding down the road with my family and lost control of my car. All because a company didn’t do their due diligence.

      I took my car to Tire Choice, Saturday, Feb.18,2023, thinking it was a muffler issue. They put it on the rack and a few minutes later, the manager came out and said someone cut my catalytic converter. He then proceeded to tell me he could replace it for $3134. Would I like him to do it, I said no, I would take it home and call my insurance company and report it as a crime. The sheriff came to the business and gave me a report number. The manager said he could get me financing and I still said no. And I left. Monday I turned the claim into my insurance. The adjuster called and said to send in the estimate from TireChoice. I told her I had an appointment with *** ***** ******* on Tuesday, because I wanted a second estimate. Before I left, the manager told me that whoever cut my converter would probabaly be back to finish the job. So I left every light in the house on, so they would think someone was up at night. That manager should be fired! *** ***** put it on the rack, and then came out and told me no one had cut my converter. It was still there and in fine condition. The problem was my flex hose. It had rusted and broke off. He had one in stock, put it on, and the cost was $160. My car sounds like it should, now. Tire Choice is in my rearview mirror, and should never be allowed to work on a car! I will never go back to them. He knew that it was not my converter that was the problem. I let my insurance company know what happened. Had I done it, that is insurance fraud. They are as bad, if not worse than the thieves that steal the converters!!!! Do not go there! I HATE to even leave them a one star rating. They do not deserve ANY stars!

      I went to MR TIRE on MIAMI BLVD in DURHAM, NC because I had a flat tire. I requested that the flat tire be replaced with the spare tire that came with my **** ********. UPON completion, I noted that 3 of the lug nuts of the spare were missing. The employee told me that they were in my ashtray. I never checked my ashtray because I was late for work. Three weeks later the same tire went flat. I went to a dealership and was told that the flat tire was plugged. They stole my spare tire and the three lug nuts and replaced my spare tire with a cheaper tire. ZERO STAR RATING

      I had work done and I seemed ok. But a light that wasn't on before came on and my steering was crooked and off center. I went back and they made me schedule another appointment and I did. During my work day (which makes my job harder and I lose money). The apt lasted over hour when I came back. The Manager Chuck said I had to buy an alignment and he would only do that if I bought new Tires. They said the light and steering will was all associated with this alignment. I disagreed and they wouldn't do any work that they messed up. Maybe all Tire Choices are different because I never had an issue with them before but this location on Olentangy River Rd were rude, over charging and argumentative.

      They deserve Negative Stars!!! Absolutely the worst for anything. I had them "try" to repair my A/C three times and it still does not work correctly. It works for 10 minutes and then stops. BUT the biggest issue is that I bought 2 brand new ******** tires from them less than a year ago (03.26.22) and the tires HAVE TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE THEY ARE BALD!!! They never aligned the wheels... EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR THIS.
      THEY ARE CROOKS WITH HORRIBLE TECHS WHO PROBABLY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT A TIRE IRON IS!!!
      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

      I am so incredibly annoyed and disturbed at the customer service received from the Mr. Tire Location in Bryans Road MD. I took my vehicle to get service on my front brakes. I made an appointment for February 5 at 9:30. Dropped it off the night before. Called at noon to find out it needed a brake fluid flush. Called back at 4 to get an update and was told that the brake line needed replacing and will be done by noon February 6. Pick up my vehicle at 1pm and it makes a horrible noise as I attempt to drive off the lot. Return and was told they will see what is wrong. Called back at 4pm no update. Received a call at 5:30 saying mechanic quit and nothing they can do until Tuesday February 7. Call at 1pm and told they don't know whats wrong and for me to take it somewhere else to get it figured out. NO WAY IS THIS AN OPTION WITH THE NOISE IT IS MAKING AND THE NOISE WAS OBVIOUSLY CAUSED BY SOMETHING DONE AT THIS SHOP.

      Was sexually harassed by an employee at Tire Choice Tallmadge who had also sabotaged my car. The manager sent the screenshots of the things he said to me up to HR and replaced my battery. HR denied that he messed up a simple battery installation but I have photos. There's not enough characters allowed here for me to properly describe how bad everything went. I'll never use their services again. I have photos of the battery and recorded the conversations with HR. Never. Ever. Again.

      Had 2 tire changes, oil change and an alignment done. Went to pick my car up when it was done and the drivers side tires were covered in mud as if they got stuck somewhere. I had a small tin of candy inside my car which someone helped themselves to, along with a hot coco wrapper in the cup holder. Soon as got on the main road, my car still leans to the left holding the wheel straight. My tire light and mat. light came on at the same time 5 miles down the road. This is the Mr.Tire in Prince Frederick, MD.

      They charged me for work that was never done, on top of charging me for the work they did not do the correct way, Cliff B****** would not refund me my money, he said he does not believe me because I didn’t want to bring it because, because I had someone else do it the RIGHT way, he was also very unprofessional to be considered a district manager, you must only have to pass the kindergartener to become a district manager at car x
