      I went in for an oil change and couple hours later they told me that it needed new brakes and couple of other things changed. Quoted me a little over $1000 over the phone. When I went to pick up the car the charges were $1800. The person at the desk was rude and accused me of mishearing says they never make mistakes. I will never take my car there again.

      Horrible customer service!!

      I do not recommend!!!!

      They totally screwed up my vehicle! And I’m sooo mad! They had no problem getting me in within a day hahah but now they want me to wait another week and a half before they fix their own error! Place is a joke!

      Hi, My name is **** ****. I am want to make a complain about the Mr Tire at ***** York Rd, Cockeysville, MD 21030
      They align my tire at 120.000 miles an my truck. The tire was completely gone at 132000 miles. (ok not complaining about this just letting you know)
      I went there 2 months ago one Saturday to re align it I was willing to pay normal price no problem.
      They couldnt do it because that day because to busy. NO PROBLEM for me
      They sceduled next day Sunday.
      I went there waited 2 hours They pulled in the shop. They find out they counld do the aligment because they needed a tool to alihn my *** ****.
      And the person how had the tool did not work Sunday and had locked in his toolbox. NO PROBLEM for me again.
      So i went there Yesterday to align it.
      They coudn do it becuse was busy NO PROBLEM for me again.
      They scedukled for Sunday (11-20-2022 today)
      I TOLD JEFF the hey Make sure that they dont lock the tool what they need to alignn my *** ****, Because I was here 2 months ago and the tool was locked an I also pointed my truck was parked outside the building.
      The building has large windows everywhere so the JEFF saw it.
      I went there today at 9:00 AM they pulled my truck in the shop and shortly after they pulled it out because that mechanic did not have the tool. and tool was locked.
      Then the I explain to that guy in the front that why I am angry and he acted like i coudln talk to tha guy yesterday because wasn't seating at that computer where I was pointing.
      I saved this message, Please provide me with a complain nr or tell me when if this is the right palce to fike the complain,/.
      I also will file a case at Attorney General office Monday or Tuesday.
      Please provide me a complain nr So i can use it for my developing case

      I took my car in to Tire Choice on 11/3/22 spoke with Darrell bc of it shaking real bad and $2500 dollars later and them having it for a week it is worst before i even brought it in there.

      Had a tire rotation done. Just had brand new hubcaps put on few weeks before. They broke 3 of them. 2 have chunks cracked out of them. They claimed they were already broken. They most definitely were not. They are not going to replace what they broke. The worst customer service and mechanics. I have done alot of business with this place and this is the thanks I get. I will never spend a dime with them again or recommend them to anyone. Sorry excuse for a business that supposedly guarantees their work

      NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I took my **** ********** in for brake pads which cost me $844.43. When I picked the truck up I noticed that the brake pedal went all the way to the floor before the truck would stopped. I took my truck back to them and explained the issue. Jose said they would take a look at it and give us a call. Well a few days past and no call. On day 6 someone called my husband and told him the truck needed a master cylinder and that would cost an additional $500+ I went in to pick the truck up and inquired why we needed a master cylinder, because prior to them working on the truck the ONLY issue was the brakes scrubbed when braking to stop, HOWEVR the truck DID stop without the brake pedal going all the way to the floor. Jose gave some lame explanation that didn't make any since. He told me he checked the brakes himself by sitting in the driver seat, pumping the brakes and they went hard which indicated everything was good. I told him the first mistake was him sitting In the seat pumping the brakes and not test driving the truck to check the brakes because clearly the brakes were out. I stressed to him I could have killed myself or someone due to his negligence. He told me the master cylinder was gonna cost about $500. I told Jose to pull my truck out the bay and I took it home and parked it. About 3 weeks We decided to take it somewhere else, they resolved the issue, it DID NOT require a master cylinder but unfortunately I had to pay an additional $265 for their error. Essentially I've paid over $1000 for brake pad. NEVER GOING BACK TO TIRE CHOICE on Tyre Neck Rd in Portsmouth, VA EVER AGAIN

      What a wonderful group of people! I had an emergency situation late on a Sunday afternoon. When I called, the woman assured me she would make sure someone stayed beyond closing to help me. I made it just before closing and was out the door with all new tires in about half an hour. They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I am so thankful that my emergency happened near this shop in particular.

      I took my car in 2 weeks ago due to shaking when braking. They called me stating they recommend I get my front and back brakes, back rotors, and alignment. At that point they were waiting for my check engine light diagnostic. I agreed to what they recommended. Picked up my car, it’s still shaking when braking. Took it back in and now they say “oh your front rotors are warped”… Ok well I just paid $1000 to fix stuff that didn’t even matter to the original problem then!? They told me the stuff they fixed should fix the shaking so now it’s up to them to fix what I originally took it for in the first place! Corporate is taking the tech’s word over mine that he “recommended” front rotors as well. I told them to go back and check the call (still waiting on a response from that) because he never once mentioned front rotors, AND I told them I’d do whatever the recommended (so if front rotors were on there, why not fix them?). They’re trying to charge me $550 extra on top of the $1000 I already spent when the original problem wasn’t even diagnosed properly. Ridiculous! Will never be coming back here for work EVER AGAIN.

      I also want to add they completed the brakes and stuff BEFORE confirming the check engine diagnostic. Normally you wait to confirm ALL the work before starting? Not only that, but my check engine light came back on. So I firmly believe they just reset the light without properly diagnosing and just fixed a random part.
