      NO stars for this business. I brought in my vehicle 51 weeks after having them put on a set of tires, and replacing valve stems, etc. I had the roadside hazard package, too. Had the TPMS light on and a problem with a valve stem on one tire. They removed all four caps on the valve stems and didn't replace them, didn't do anything with the tire, but advised me I needed $400 worth of work "right away" because my battery (11 months old) was "deeply corroded" (it wasn't AT ALL), my oil was "dirty" and they had no idea when it had last been changed (less than 5K ago), and my coolant reservoir was "low" so they were worried about my thermostat--so I should flush the system and replace the coolant. Because the tire issue would have been free to fix (except they told me the TPMS sensor had "failed", they dreamed up $400 in business and tried to scare me into having the unnecessary work done. If they cared so much about me, why didn't they throw 50 cents worth of coolant in the reservoir? Or at least ensure all four tires were properly inflated? They let me drive away with 12 POUNDS OF AIR in a tire that should have been inflated to 32 pounds. I had my usual mechanic review the car three days later. There was NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. As I had thought all along. The sensor was good, the coolant doesn't require servicing for another 25K, the oil change is 1K away and the battery is spotless. I will NEVER use these people again. TWELVE POUNDS OF AIR!

      I’m not sure how to report this but I went here for an oil change and I got home and my car was smoking. I took it to my dads friend which I should have done to begin with, and he said there was now a hole in my antifreeze thing. All of my anti freeze keeps leaking out this was NEVER an issue before I got home from this oil change. So they poked a hole in my ****.

      Their Mr. Tire location at 4952 Mercantile Road Nottingham, MD 21236
      They do not know what they're doing. Literally left their lot and my entire tire came off of my vehicle within a block of leaving the location. Customer service is poor, they claim I couldn't get a refund because they "performed services" and their insurance covered the damages to my vehicle. Do not make the same mistake. Mind you I simply came there for them to put brand new tires on the front and rotate the current tires to the back.

      We just had our last experience with this place. We made an appointment for a vehicle to be inspected. My wife went to drop it off on Monday and was "told" the guy who did emissions was off and to bring the vehicle back Wednesday. My wife just called and was told they don't have an emissions person. So they lied to us. We could have made an appointment elsewhere if they would have told us the truth. They never called us to tell us about any of this. I would give them zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere but here.
      They replied and it was a joke. They have reviews going back 6 months addressing this issue. 1. STOP scheduling inspections if you don't have the staff to do them. 2. Stop LYING to your customers so they can make other arrangements. 3. CONTACT your customers. If you made the smallest effort I wouldn't be so angry. You made NO effort. The only thing you gave me are excuses

      This place is horrible I took my car there at 8am to get my front brakes and rotors done the guy told me to come back around 3 330, I go there the car not done they just lifted it up so now they gave me a different time to. come 5 or 530 630 comes I start calling they to see what’s going on and nothing 7 pm comes I go there and the place is closed they didn’t tell me they was going to keep my car they didn’t even call me to say a word bout my car this place is so unprofessional!!!! Horrible place horrible customer service it was a really bad experience won’t recommend it to anyone I had to call out of work and miss money cuz they wanted to keep my. Car over night

      I am contacting the company to file a major complaint about the service or lack thereof that I received in Harrisonburg, Va. on 2 separate visits. I went in for an oil change and brought my own specific oil for them to change in my 2005 **** ********. I requested them to change the oil drain plug which I also purchased. I was told it was leaking from the old plug and the tread was missing. They changed it and I paid for the service. Brought home and noticed it was still leaking. I took it back in to be looked at. They first told me it was the rear main seal and oil pan gasket. Quoted me a price $517, which I paid when I went in to pick up the vehicle. They then told me it wasn't the rear main seal, but the top portion of the near engine was leaking. But they charged me for the initial problem, NOT the problem they stated they found and fixed. (I didn't know this until I looked at the invoice). I took the **** home and it was still leaking. I called them and told them about it, spoke to the new manager Johnathon and he stated he'd look at it. 4 days later they had not looked at it and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. I went out to the parking lot and noticed it leaking. Asked him to come outside. He looked under it and said it was the rear main seal that was leaking (an initial problem that they thought it was, but didn't fix, I said can you please fix it. He said yes, 3 days later it wasn't. took it somewhere else to be repaired. I am requesting my money back to my CC (the original form of payment) for both the oil change and the service that was never done but charged for. What a nightmare of a time. So disappointed and frustrated. Very upset. please contact me with the confirmation of resolution. Thank you, ******* ****

      My car broke and they promised to fix it. I gave them $3,000.00 for work they said fixed the problem; the problem still existed. Took the car to another mechanic (not another Monro place) and the problem was fixed for $745.58. Monro was contacted and documentation showing work done at Monro as well as by the other mechanic, but they denied my claim.

      Worst of the worst! Charged me three times more than a normal shop would charge and the work was horrific! Buyer beware. Please go anywhere else but here. ANYWHERE!

      If I could give zero stars I would this is the most horrible tire warehouse in my area! I’ve gone there for tire repairs and I’ve been there four times in the last two weeks and they keep telling me it’s something different every time and each time I leave the tire still is leaking air. I also went in and explained the situation to the gentleman behind the desk he was rude to me and he looked at me like I had five heads which was crazy because you would figure a business like that would want to make their customers happy. I called in and scheduled two tires to be put on in an alignment they gave me a price of 243.00 and when my wife showed up they had no idea that an appointment was even scheduled 20 minutes later they found the appointment in the computer and turned around and told my wife that they didn’t have the tires in stock anymore. Then proceeded to tell us that our new bill would be $400 with two tires in an alignment from 243.00! I will never bring my business to this place ever again and I will tell all my friends and family how horrible this facility is.

      I've had nothing but problems with this location. I purchased a newer vehicle (truck) at the end of August. I needed 2 new tires. I made an appointment online for 8/28/22 at 1:00pm. My husband showed up for the appointment and was told the tires that we needed (which I stated on appt what size tires we needed) were not there and needed to be ordered. I rescheduled the appt for 9/1/22. My husband took the day off because we selected the 10:00am appointment. When my husband arrived at that appointment, the tires were not there and was told to come back around 4:00 or 5:00pm. My husband picked me up at work and we headed directly to Mr. Tire. When we arrived we were told that the Manager had left and wasn't sure if he was coming back. Well, the manager was the one that would be putting on our tires. Only good part about the 3rd visit was the tires were there!!!! We sat there and waited over an hour for the manager to come back to put on our new tires, which ironically were NOT the tires we requested. We wanted All Season, we got All Terrain. When the manager finally came back to the location, when removing the 1st tire from the rim, he cracked the rim cover. Which we were told that they would be ordered since they broke it. We got the 2 new tires put on the truck finally and was told the tire balancer doesn't work. Was told to come back the following week and they should have the rim covers and balancer fixed by then. We went back last Saturday (9/10/22) and the tire balancer is STILL not fixed. Is this for real? Going on 2 weeks now, still don't have my NEW tires balanced (cause I'm not paying someone else to do it since your establishment already charged me for it). I just want to get this taken care of so we do not have to come back ever again. This is the worst experience we've EVER had at any tire establishment. I just don't understand how it's been 2 weeks now and I still don't have my new rim covers, and your tire balancer is STILL not working. How are you open?
